Natural hair, braids, make up, locs, cuts, sew in's, wigs etc. Alicia was punctual and professional. She called me to confirm and discussed with me my vision before shampooing. I also got a good hair cut. I really loved the products here. Nothing oily and heavy used on my hair. Nothing cheap. What I'm really in love with here is the large shampoo chairs and beautiful modern posh decor ! The chandelier looks like a wedding ring set. The shampoo chairs are soooo comfortable and full body. This was the only place that could get us in... The salon itself is unique. Kitschy diner shop decor, random stuff everywhere... If you are looking for a peaceful salon/spa like setting then trust me when I say this definitely isn't it. The pedicure room was super small, the room made me feel like I was in a broom closet more then in a salon or spa. The girls performing our treatment were nice at least & offered us drinks, soda. As they were about to wrap things up I reminded them that I had asked for a hot stone massage. They had no prior knowledge of this. So, that led to them bickering a bit with the manager because neither one of them knew how to perform a hot stone massage. Well, they finally came to the conclusion that they could just "figure it out." I would later disagree. The stones they used were so small, pebble sized and were not hot at all! The massage was weak and very rushed. I love a good hot stone pedicure massage so I was pretty bummed to have this one turn out so poorly.
