They charged a mandatory service charge which is customary, but they also charge a minimum of 2 hours labor on top of the service charge as well as 4% for running a credit card. They were only less than 5 miles from our breakdown. The bill started at $570, but after telling them how unreasonable they were, they did drop it. Do yourself a favor and look for another repair service. We've been in trucking for 35+ years and never been ripped off this bad. Not only are their charges ridiculous, but try to carry on a conversation and understand them is another problem because of their broken English.....Keep looking......

Got call back that the antenna "could be" loose which is what I had suggested. Recommended replacing at $617. I asked them to look at the wiring because they have a sign in front saying able to repair "electrical issues". They said they would call back which they never did.
