Hands down this is a 5 star service. The gentleman that arrived is very proud of his craft and it up front and honest. For the price and the results was well worth it. By far this company has been the very best in getting my 10 yr old capers clean. This is basic cheap carpet and far from being mid grade level. This company is amazing!!! We had to reschedule due to a sick dog and they were very nice about it. When we finally were about to reschedule it was almost a year later and they still honored their quote with was amazing since everyone keeps raising their prices. He had to push our scheduled appointment back a few hours but gave a discount for the inconvenience. Very considerate and professional.
