I was new to CrossFit and wasn't sure what to expect. The way they have it structured is set up in a way that anyone can do it. The studio is dimly lit, which is great because you don't feel like all eyes are on you even if you are using light weights or going slower than others. I have never been a fan of treadmills but the short drills of differing times, speeds, and inclines make the time go quickly. All of the trainers are genuinely friendly and encouraging. I reached out to her on a Sunday to see if I could just do a monthly package a few days a week and by Thursday I had my first session. I also was able to go week by week until I left town which was super helpful.
