Really shitty deals, But I am forever grateful at the time I needed a place Candace moved quick for me and my Family to move in. Repairs was done as soon as I put in the requests in the beginning. We was really sad to leave. Had to make up my mind to leave there because after the 1st unit after 6 months the walls was sweating, my babies were getting sick. They didn't break the lease to move to another unit we waited the whole year then transferred to another unit. The paint was good, the walls, better kitchen etc. Until after a few weeks we needed a new water heater, felt like I was going to fall through the ceiling while showering due to the shower piping cracked in the walls and flooded downstairs in the bathroom/kitchen, the walls started to sweat and looked like the walls were crying, paint bubbling upstairs, and the list goes on and on. I waited over 1 year and some months for my deposit from the first unit and it probably would of got pocketed if I hadn't said anything about it. The crazy thing is the fees like what are the miscellaneous fees for? Trash can area was always Lepo, thanks to Aunty Lisa cleaning up ours or when we could help out we would. Homeless coming and going/ the neighbors who sells drugs the office knew about it. The kids yelling from sun up to sun down especially the pool I lived there 35 months and luckily I swam in the pool a handful of times. It's so shitty and just all around sucky situation. I just picked up my deposit check and it was $843.08 I'm pissed and livid, sent an email to them requesting the explanation of my deposit amount and the remaining refund. Rats running in the ceiling, roach infested, and flies galore! Even after they fumigated our apartment! The roach, rat, and fly problem is so bad!!! No ventilation! Hot! Air conditioning only cools the bedroom! The AC downstairs is too small to cool the whole apartment and the management says its functional and to buy fans! The walls are just a paint over, the floor creeks upstairs and feels like you will fall thru the floor in the bathroom!!! Our bathroom is literally falling apart! So many issues with plumbing! The staff never answers their phone even after leaving messages!!! You might as well just go in person by that time you will be raging mad! Mold covered by paint. The walls are soft and molding inside!!! They just paint over it and keep it moving!!! Our ceiling fell in mold came down along with the ceiling no one came to fix it till the next afternoon even after we called emergency maintenance! No one came to clean the nasty mess!!! Me and my husband had to clean it up so we could walk to our bathroom and kitchen. Plumber came the next day and told me "they didnt place you guys in another unit u guys breathing in this air you and your children." No one came to fix the hole in the ceiling i had to call and they covered the hole with cardboard! Look at the pics!!! Pool is so warm it feels so nasty to be in there. And its always closed. The laundry room is nasty as well. Filled with pet hair and your clothes smell nasty after washing it! No one maintains the laundry room or cleans the machines! Washer and dryers always broken!!! They care more about pets than children no playgrounds and there is animal poop everywhere!!! The tenants let their animals run loose and poop everywhere!!! Dont move here!!! You will be stuck!!! We hate it here!!! Worst place ive ever lived in!!! The pics they have advertised is not how the place really looks! They only keep the areas where people drive in nice. But the areas you don't see are trash! Its not clean or nicely landscaped! No one rakes the leaves or picks up trash. Stray cats everywhere! Looks are deceiving! Walk around the whole complex then you will see! The new Towers management sucks! The resident manager has a attitude problem and is arrogant and unhelpful! Your job as a manager is to remedy situations and at least make a situation better for your residents instead of rubbing in your title and saying you won't assist! Like residents are already pissed no one answers or is handling their situations... your job is to make them feel better and assure them you will help to the best of your capabilities not to make them more pissed! I can go on and on. Fees, they have separate fees for water, sewer, and trash which is higher than other places along with their own fees... cam fees, fees on top of fees! They can't even clarify what the fees are for! If its for maintenance, nothing is being maintained!!! So lets just say you will be paying an additional $350-$400 a month added on to your rent! The only thing good about this place is that the maintenance team is on it. If you have a issue they fix it quick!!! Might be a quick cover up fix but at this point it is what it is! There is a staff member named Kanoa who is the only one who seems to care and is helpful but poor guy is overwhelmed doing so much more other things there and they are understaffed! if I had my choice it'd be no stars. I lived there for 2 years. the upstsirs flooring were so damaged that I was afraid of falling through. I put in a request to have it checked and to move units. got no response or any concerns from the management. I then stressed concerns with the paint chipping in the kitchen and the kitchen light not working for an entire year. also my downstairs bathroom sink was coming unattached from the wall. still no attempt for them to fix. they raised my rent even with all the living concerns. tower management does not care about their tenants. they only care about the housing vouchers and the military that move in cause it's a guarantee. no I'm homeless with an eviction cause they refused to fix anything that I brought to their attention. why pay if it's not gonna get fixed. low income families get better treatment then hardworking individuals. also my neighbor at the time was best friends with the office manager so thats a red flag for me. read more

This is not right I moved out since February 3 and I haven't receive no call backs and word of my deposit I think they are holding off to make more chargers so I get no deposit....don't move here they are not professionals....wow and they even took down my review that have posted the last time about living there with rat problems that's not right well I lived here and there was rat problems and I have pictures to prove it these guys are not good they even keep your deposit they haven't return any of my calls this place is not professional the place is even older then me and poor maintenance....don't live here they keep your deposit... read more

I've live here since March 2021 so I think I captured all the necessary details about living in this complex. FYI: pictures you see on their ads is much nicer than they are in person. So do yourself a favor and do an in-person tour and see if you are okay living here. Pros: -maintenance staff has been always on point when something needs fixing on my unit (especially with the old management) Fyi: new management took over at the beginning of 2022 and I have not yet had a service request since -my side of the complex has always been relatively quiet (I cant speak for the other buildings though, I guess I just got lucky with my neighbors) Cons: -there has always been a roach and termite issues, I needed to buy roach traps to control these pests. (Infairness to the new management they have scheduled tenting for pest control). However the monthly pest control fee seems to be useless due to these recurring issues. -No visitor parking is available, thats why people are parking on sidewalks and on no parking areas inside the compound. -a bunch of Laundry room machines and dryers are always broken. After weeks of reporting to management of seeing those broken machines and nothing was being done, I have to personally report it directly to the company servicing these machines. -Very poor communication especially when new management took over. I have a great experience with the previous management but this new management hardly address any of your concerns. -They have charged me for renters liability insurance for June and July 2022 as of this writing even though I have provided them my renters insurance multiple times. On 7/25 The office lady claims they have a bunch renters insurance that is waiting to be forwarded but their scanner is not working so its not yet forwarded to the accounting department. I asked to be transferred to the accounting department to get this charges removed from my account but they told me they have no accounting department on the island and she cant transfer me. I was basically told to just pay it off and I will be reimbursed later for the charges when its sorted out by the accounting department which I refused to do since the fault is not on my end. *Very disappointing since the old management was able to straighten out mistaken charges on my account right away. **I will give 1 star for this review just because of the maintenance team which is the only main pro of living here in my opinion. read more

i lived here for only ab 3 months around january 2022 to march 2022. here's my experience the maintenance was awesome but very useless at the same time because theyre always there but they dont really seem to try and fix the problem.. its like they leave your things very fragile so u would call them again the pool is always green. the ac was always breaking down. the dishwasher wasnt working properly the washing machines and dryer barely even works some of the neighbor's dogs bites slippers and rug (not the company's fault tho coz i love dogs and its an understandable behavior) but it was very frustrating becausebi requested to move to another unit that is available but i was rejected and that they would increase my monthly payment by $300 if i do so. Roaches and rats are everywhere and very poor housing materials like floors. they feel fragile as if i cant even jump on second floor. read more

Now there saying we were on a month to month lease which is impossible because we have county housing and renewed our lease not too long ago. There doing what ever it takes to keep our deposit. Shame on them how can they sleep at night knowing there taking our hard earned money. Looks like prices went up an as prices went up maintenance went down. I'm not sure how this place can charge amenities every month expect u to pay it on time or they will charge you a 8% late fee an not upkeep the amenities as the pool is currently green asf with no emails or as they will do is put a note at your front door. Another issue is parking the staff really do nothing about it when u move in they tell you visitors parking is 5 dollars an an extra stall is 100 we have tenant parking in any open space she feel to park staff is aware so if u currently live in oasis just pick an open spot at this point or just park on the grass or the red areas or even the middle of the street security really does nothing an staff acts like they don't see nothing. they should refund me for the amount of parking passes I've paid for. Back to the bigger issue the pool is Green an amenities are surely paid for. read more

From the begging when we moved in, they did not have our keys ready or anyone there to begin with to hand us our keys to the apartment. They had to call a maintenance person to give us the keys, and we waited about an hour to get the keys. They decided to paid the doors and close it, so when we opened it, paid came off. It feels like your going to fall through the floor, the floors sucks. Can't wash your car, no wash bay either, their washer and dryer is always breaking down, and they don't try your clothes well. They decided to put a fence yards, but for every other house/apartment which is not fair to those or the apartments where there's enough space to make a yard. And they don't answer their phone but you walk into the office and they are just sitting there doing absolutely nothing at all. It's just hell living here and I CANT WAIT for my lease to be up. 5 years is good enough in this shit hole. read more
