Will things change? You guys already know what the problems, concerns, complains are, just fix it! Did I mention kids yelling and screaming from morning til night!!!???? Omg this place is sooooo unsafe too. Homeless all over. Unsafe place.

Repairs was done as soon as I put in the requests in the beginning. We was really sad to leave. Had to make up my mind to leave there because after the 1st unit after 6 months the walls was sweating, my babies were getting sick. They didn't break the lease to move to another unit we waited the whole year then transferred to another unit. The paint was good, the walls, better kitchen etc. Until after a few weeks we needed a new water heater, felt like I was going to fall through the ceiling while showering due to the shower piping cracked in the walls and flooded downstairs in the bathroom/kitchen, the walls started to sweat and looked like the walls were crying, paint bubbling upstairs, and the list goes on and on. I waited over 1 year and some months for my deposit from the first unit and it probably would of got pocketed if I hadn't said anything about it. The crazy thing is the fees like what are the miscellaneous fees for? Trash can area was always Lepo, thanks to Aunty Lisa cleaning up ours or when we could help out we would. Homeless coming and going/ the neighbors who sells drugs the office knew about it. The kids yelling from sun up to sun down especially the pool I lived there 35 months and luckily I swam in the pool a handful of times. It's so shitty and just all around sucky situation. I just picked up my deposit check and it was $843.08 I'm pissed and livid, sent an email to them requesting the explanation of my deposit amount and the remaining refund. All I can see is unnecessary amounts being charged... ok Thanks for letting me share, and to the person reading this think twice, but if you need something fast for you and your Family go for it and apply.

The property also receives funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income. Some rental units at this location may not be subject to LIHTC and therefore have higher rents and no maximum household income requirement. There is plenty of parking, an elevator, each unit has air conditioning, wheelchair accessible, but no pets allowed but the Public Library is steps away for those who enjoy reading. There is also great stores and restaurants walking distance away and it's close to the Waipahu bus transit. Easy access on and off the free way and great views of Waipahu. Pretty cool place to live if your on a fixed income.

We then had calls from the new managers Lorelei Ragasa, Leanne & Kehau who were very disrespectful, unhelpful, mean & their stories always changed/not make any sense at all. It started to be an inconvenience to us as they never answer the telephone, return calls, emails or get back to you until weeks/month later. We even wasted our time driving back & forth to the office to meet w/ them in person. Kehau & Leane had the nerve to tell us that our name/files were not in the system. As I observed in the office, Kehau's computer was NOT even turned on. She looked at a post it that was blank saying we have your name & we'll call you back. No calls at all. Leane claimed there were 13 people before us since 2017 & needed a 'verbal approval' from them before approving us. She said she'd get back to us in 2 days which turned to more than a week. In the office, our last name was already written & guaranteed a unit to room #405 on their whiteboard w/ more units that were open. Our conversations w/ Lorelei, Leanne & Kehau were all different stories that turned out to nothing but LIES! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to move in to Mokuola Vista! Their bad services & continuous lies only led to frustrations, struggle, anxiety & multiple inconveniences for my family trying to make us feel homeless instead of helping us get our place that we were already guaranteed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY! They'll try to manipulate you, not help you at all! If I had to rank this place, I'd give it NO STARS at all! MOKULA VISTA & THEIR MANAGERS TOTALLY SUCKS & AWFUL PEOPLE WHO DON'T GIVE A DAMN TO HELP YOU!
