However since it is small inside, I'm not sure if the limit of people will still be 45...There a fridge,freezer, microwave, counter space, tables and chairs available. However the place can only be reserved by townhouse owners. Rules may be changing due to Covid and the clubhouse/pool is currently closed but the playground is still open.. The area all around the area is well maintained and it's a quiet neighborhood. There some parking stalls around the pool but if you have reached the max amount they may need to find street parking. The flooring was all damaged and I basically had to gut the whole unit and have it restored. Come to find out it was the buildings sewer line that got backed up and flooded my unit. Thinking since it was the buildings line that ruined my unit the association would pay for the damages. Boy was I wrong, After about 2 years of fighting and going back and forth with the AOAO and Rick, I had to fork over $41,000 because the association refused to pay for damages. It makes no fricken sense to me why I'm at fault and had to pay that amount, it was the fricken building line that messed up my unit. Lesson learned, don't do business with this building, the shitty association and Rick!!!

The staff , Jim,John, Westly just to name a few were so accommodating and kind and exuded that Aloha spirit we all have falling in love with here on the islands. The PR is very connected to their tenants and always have many social community events for everyone who lives here. I was very impressed with how clean and well manicured PR is. I couldn't get over how nice everyone have been and I will always cherish my stay at the PR. There is separate laundry facility on each floor and large elevators. The office staff is very helpful and resourceful. They coordinate and schedule many activities for the residents which helps to create a loving family environment for everyone. I love visiting because everyone is always happy and so welcoming. First of all,…read moredespite this complex having 24 hour security, my car was broken into IN THE COMPLEX PARKING LOT. when my husband checked for the security on duty, she was asleep with her headphones on. I reported it to the resident manager who did not do anything about it and also did not let other residents know that car thefts were occurring in their parking lot. Additionally, my microwave broke down due to a power outage but no one came to fix it. I had to go like a month until I moved out without a microwave. To add on to the resident manager's poor handling of theft and the terrible security, I've never been around a more inconsiderate group of neighbors. People constantly dump things like water and even food from their balconies completely disregarding where it falls. I've had my balcony completely drenched in water because of the lady above me and even when I kindly asked her to please not do that, she continued to do it. One time I was even walking from my car to the apartment and someone threw raw chicken off of their balcony into the parking lot. Like what the heck! I also had to deal with a smoker next door who smoked probably a pack or more a day and his smoke was constantly wafting into my apartment. It was becoming a serious concern given that I have a newborn. If you are apartment searching, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

There is plenty of parking, an elevator, each unit has air conditioning, wheelchair accessible, but no pets allowed but the Public Library is steps away for those who enjoy reading. There is also great stores and restaurants walking distance away and it's close to the Waipahu bus transit. Easy access on and off the free way and great views of Waipahu. Pretty cool place to live if your on a fixed income.

We then had calls from the new managers Lorelei Ragasa, Leanne & Kehau who were very disrespectful, unhelpful, mean & their stories always changed/not make any sense at all. We even wasted our time driving back & forth to the office to meet w/ them in person. Kehau & Leane had the nerve to tell us that our name/files were not in the system. As I observed in the office, Kehau's computer was NOT even turned on. She looked at a post it that was blank saying we have your name & we'll call you back. No calls at all. Leane claimed there were 13 people before us since 2017 & needed a 'verbal approval' from them before approving us. She said she'd get back to us in 2 days which turned to more than a week. In the office, our last name was already written & guaranteed a unit to room #405 on their whiteboard w/ more units that were open. Our conversations w/ Lorelei, Leanne & Kehau were all different stories that turned out to nothing but LIES! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to move in to Mokuola Vista! Their bad services & continuous lies only led to frustrations, struggle, anxiety & multiple inconveniences for my family trying to make us feel homeless instead of helping us get our place that we were already guaranteed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY! They'll try to manipulate you, not help you at all! If I had to rank this place, I'd give it NO STARS at all! Lele…read morePono is one of the tall high rises in the area that you can see on the H-1 when passing Aiea and the building is diagonally across Macy's Pearlridge. The building is gated and guests may park in one of the many parking stalls they have with access from residents. Tandem parking stalls are available for some residents. I house/condo-sat on a couple of occasions and loved it because of the security, convenience and amenities. The residents in this condo are for the most part friendly and quiet. The property has a pool deck that includes a hot tub and a couple of cabanas where we've had pool parties at on a couple of occasions. Lele Pono's prime location makes it convenient to shop and dine because they're in walking distance to Pearlridge Center, Pearl Kai and West Ridge. If you're looking for a condo in Aiea, I would definitely check out Lele Pono. It's a relatively safe and quiet building with a security guard on property 24/7. Not to mention, you'll have a great view of the mountains in Aiea, Pearl City, Makakilo, etc. and an awesome view of Pearl Harbor.

The good thing about parking is that there's is a 15 minute parking for loading and unloading, overnight parking for guest, weekly parking and monthly parking. There's also a lot of street parking available. The building is a 5 minute walk away from Pearlridge mall, theaters, and the hospital. It's about a 5 minute drive from Pearl Harbor and about a 10 minute drive to Hickam AFB. It's pretty much central to everything. As for the inside it comes with a washer and dryer, rooms are descent size. The living room and kitchen are average apartment size but both living room and bedroom have a huge sliding window that goes into a lanai. I highly recommend the place to people livng on Oahu.

The maintenance guy is also very nice and makes himself available when needed. He usually works till 4 on the week days but has come in when needed outside of his scheduled time. I received a gift card for groceries for thanksgiving as well!! I have never experienced such hospitality while renting and I would not have moved out if they had 3 bedrooms available. if you're looking for a cozy one bedroom while experiencing warm hospitality and a ponderous staff, this is the place to go!
