Great food that was tasty. You can see 5 weeks of menus in advance. You can order regular or large size for the protein. You can switch out the starch & vegetables.You can also order the protein, starch and veggies by the pound as well Each week there is a chicken, turkey, beef, salmon and shrimp entree & this month there was a special mahi-mahi choice as well. This meal prep services was one of the best I've ever had. I ordered years ago and I'm still thinking about it. I've bought meal month by month because it was the cheapest with some 50 cent discount per meal. It is very pricey so I had to stop using the services. I've lost weight eating the meals 3x a week. I think this place is farm to table. They take pride in their food and you can definitely taste it. It's healthy and tasty which is hard to do. They are customizable, communicative, on time, have delivery and food taste sooo good. I wish I could cook like them. They sometimes threw in some extra parfait/pudding which also tasted good. The meals are OK, but their website is somewhat confusing as well as the ordering process: I wasn't 100% clear on the process and didn't know. I signed up for reoccurring subscription where I'd be billed weekly, which was confusing because I couldn't pick my meals. I canceled my subscription after I got a 7 AM on a Sunday text saying my credit card was declined, didn't have my credit card with me so I couldn't update the number I was told I was past the deadline, seems like their customer support and business needs a lot of improvement as I stated before the meals are OK read more

They've added quite a few new items to the weekly rotating menu such as my recent fave turkey meatballs and overnight oats. The pickup location has also changed to the Nimitz Center off Nimitz Hwy to the right. Lauren's meals are a lifesaver! I struggle to plan, shop, and prep my own lunches for the week. Her meals are healthy, tasty and convenient. This meal prep is perfect for what I wanted. I wanted to make eating healthy easier. I use it to take to lunch during the week so I don't have to shop, figure out what to make, cook, or prep anything. I've tried almost everything and I haven't had a bad dish yet. I think my favorite was the salmon and the everything crusted Mahi. The surving sizes don't look huge but it always fills me up and leaves me satisfied (and I can eat a lot). Malama Meals is as good, nutritious and delicious as a meal service like this could possibly be. I'm actually saving money because the cost of food is so high here in Hawaii, even when taking into account that I was buying most of my groceries at Costco. And if I include my savings in time with Malama by not having to shop, prepare meals or doing all the cleanup and washing dishes I used to do, then it's a total no-brainer. I have about ten recipes I've been relying upon for the last 20 years. Malama Meals are so much more interesting and tasty than 99% of the meals I prepare. I think the owner is a genius as everything seems to operate without a hitch each week from website ordering and meal selection to convenient delivery windows so that it's all so ridiculously effortless (and did I mention DELICIOUS?) that I really can't afford not using this service. Lauren is super sweet and very caring. She's very open to Opinions,thoughts and concerns. I've ordered a few of her meals, which were so delicious. Not even realizing that it's a healthy meal. The mahi-mahi is one of my favs. Lots of flavor. I've also tried the turkey meatloaf with the spicy homemade ketchup sauce, that's another yummmers. The turkey bulgogi is another good one.
