I'm sure there's much other pre work outs that I've used but these are the ones that i can recall using. I have the preference of 250mg or more in Caffeine as it gives me that energy, that pins & needles feeling :p Dewayne recommended "Beyond Raw Lit." 15 servings (it's a big scooper but I'd rather take half of it). 250 mg of caffeine.
