But when we handed our movie passes, cast member Tiffany held each one up in the air as if inspecting a $20 bill, then called for a manager on her walkie without saying anything. We stood there confused, and when I asked if there was a problem, she said, "We're about to see." We stepped aside so we wouldn't hold up the line and watched other guests be warmly greeted and helped. The manager came, asked a question or two, and told her to check us out, but Tiffany didn't. She continued helping others while we stood there waiting respectfully, not trying to cause a scene, feeling embarrassed as people looked at us, wondering what was going on. It wasn't until my husband spoke up that she finally helped us. The delay wasn't the issue. It was the lack of communication and the way we were made to feel. We were treated with suspicion rather than respect, as though we had done something wrong. Customer service isn't just about selling tickets. It's about treating people with dignity, explaining what's happening, and showing basic kindness. You never know what someone may be going through.

They've got the big leather recliners, in-seat food ordering, laser projection, and even beer, wine, and cocktails if that's your thing. I recently saw Michael in theater #7 and the experience was really solid. The recliners were super comfortable, and the Dolby Atmos sound mixed with the laser projection made the movie even more enjoyable. There is a huge arcade area at the front of the theater. There are tons of games to play plus a large snack and refreshment area. So far, every movie experience I've had here has been a good one.

But once we arrived we were told that "the film is not working" and it didn't look good, soon after we was told that we couldn't watch it because it is PG-13, and we are all 13, and we were forced to watch The Super Mario Bros. Employees at the concession stand took more interest in carrying on conversations with co workers rather than wait on customers. This use to be my favorite movie theatre but will never return.
