Chantal was so understanding of our situation and gave us so much incredible advice and assistance even though everything was so rushed. Despite the crazy situation, you truly never would have known on the day because everything was perfect, and the flowers were both beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Even the smallest details were handled expertly, such as having a second groom's boutonniere ready for the ceremony as we had chosen a fragile flower that wouldn't hold up through all the pre-ceremony pictures. I looked on line for a flower shop close to her with good reviews. I did not go over the reviews which I normally do because I didn't have the time and needed to purchase flowers as soon as possible. I went onto their website and found some thing I think she would've liked and made the purchase for delivery the next day. I received a confirmation email and everything and I was excited that I took care of it! The next day I called to confirm the order, since I ordered after hours. The phone went straight to voicemail, which I thought was really strange. I looked on the website again to confirm the hours and days open and they should have picked up the phone. So then I start to stress a little bit but I was hopeful that they would call me back in the next couple of hours. I tried calling them three other times that day and the phone kept going straight to voicemail. I even went through their website and emailed them and not once was I contacted and my best friend never received her flowers but my credit card was conveniently charged for the service. This is absolutely insane! Are you out of business? If you are take your website down and stop taking peoples money! I still haven't received a call back or an email back and my friend still is not received her flowers. It was extremely important for me to get her flowers the next day, and the website said next day delivery and I pick the date and it never showed up. This is unacceptable and if this business is active and running it's a horribly run business and you should not deal with them ever. If they are out of business they need to take down their website. I am extremely upset with this company. Once I looked into the reviews all the good reviews were years ago. All of the new reviews are bad and say the same thing which is they don't call you back or email you back and don't deliver what they say they're going to deliver! Awful!

Our venue was in the Santa Monica Mountains and we really wanted to highlight the natural beauty of the surroundings. We started reaching out to various vendors for quotes for a relatively simple request - bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, MOB + MOG flower pieces, aisle markers, flower girl crown, and bud vases. We decided to make our own succulent arrangements as the centerpieces, so it was also important to us that whomever we selected was open to working with that and our style in general. I heard back promptly following my initial outreach to Ooldouz despite it being a busy holiday season and we quickly jumped on a facetime call to discuss our overall plans and direction. I really appreciated that she took the time to connect with me, and her warm energy and thoughtful suggestions let us to our decision to move forward! A lot of elements were still coming together including our color palette, so we ended up reconnecting again a few months later to finalize and once more closer to the day. I understand that this order wasn't the magnitude that most bridal florists may be used to, however I never once felt like that was an issue or that we were an afterthought. On the day of the wedding, she arrived to set up and when I saw the my bouquet, I actually started crying. I couldn't believe how perfect she nailed the direction and how beautiful the flowers and colors were. Absolutely stunning. We received so many compliments and we were truly in awe with how beautifully everything fit together. The flowers, color choices, and arrangement style enhanced the natural beauty of our venue and contrasted in lovely ways in photos. I would hire Ooldouz and The English Garden again in a heartbeat! And I suggest you do as well.

They were super accommodating and the quote I got was super affordable ($65 for both). There was some miscommunication about when I needed the flowers by (my fault) but they were able to drop off them off at 6 am so that I could get to my makeup appointment in time. Both the bouquet and boutonniere were perfect and the bouquet looked just like the inspo photo I sent them! I will definitely be a return client :)

The challenge is that both the groom and I are allergic to a variety of flowers, so we needed the floral arrangements to be limited to the list of "safe" flowers for both of us.
