Prime cuts of meat or tuna, pasta, local catch of the day etc. Typically, hotel guests ask for either red or white wine, at best, specifying the variety: Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio, Cabernet or Malbec. But knowledgeable visitors can ask any wine from the wine list of their "a la carte restaurants" and they willingly bring it to your table, although it may take some time. The service is impeccable.
