I requested that the box arrive completely unopened and he agreed to this. The previous 2 times this was done for me by Freedom Locksmith, the box had shrink wrap on in, but the 2 guys had already broken the seal on the shrink wrap, despite me having asked the second time for this to NOT be done. When searching for a new locksmith, I accidentally put in a quote that sent the information out to 7-8 different locksmiths and Next Door Locksmith was one of them. I went with him because he knew exactly what I needed without me having to repeat myself via email message several times. I again asked for the box to come completely unopened. Next Door Locksmith agreed. He came with the box, but it did not have any shrink wrap this time, which I found a little odd and questioned him, but it was more imperative for me to have a new lock put on. This installation was about $75 more than the previous 2 times with the other locksmith (Freedom Locksmith). When having the receipt emailed to me instead of sent via text; the transaction receipt was from Freedom Locksmith. When I sent another message questioning the Nissin G. about this, his response was that he is the same person and that he never worked with me before. Which he did the first time. The second time he sent a different guy and this time it seems as though he's just creating additional business names on Yelp for an unknown reason. Either way, the cost of this service was a lot more expensive than the 2 prior times for the same service from the same company. I'm giving 3 stars only because of the cost and my concern of this being the same company I used prior, but them using a different name.

This company is the absolute WORST... I had a Liftmaster motor that was failing... When they came…read moreout and suggested that I upgrade to a more powerful model , due to having installed a heavier glass door , I agreed... Upon install , I realized they installed a Chamberlain motor not a Liftmaster and they insisted that it was the same quality as the Liftmaster due to it being the same manufacturer. So I agreed... Upon the installer leaving I realized that all of my remotes dropped the programing as well as my keypad on the outside of my garage... I tried calling Anthony (the son who works in the office that I spoke to when I first contacted them, I was referred to this company from the Liftmaster app) and texting them with no reply for a week now... I would have hoped that being listed as an authorized dealer in the app that they would have screened them better.... I was WRONG!!! This company SUCKS!!! I called another company to see what they can do to address my issues and they told me that with such a heavy door it was the incorrect motor in the first place and after trying to program the remotes, the service guy told me that it would not hold the programming on my remotes and keypad and to call the manufacturer... He didn't even charge me for the service call due to being taken advantage of by this company that installed it. Needless to say, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give NO STARS , I would !!!
