I called on Everywhere Locksmith with a complicated project. I bought a 1998 "McMansion" with some SUPER-TACKY elements including "gold package" door hardware. My architect spent weeks compiling a lift of SLICK new hardware and I was told by my contractor that installing it was a "one-day project". Not even close. This was a totally square peg into a round hole problem. The guys the contractor had messed up all sorts of stuff and made one hell of a mess out of the parts. Enter Moe (not Curly, Larry or Shemp - which would have been cool) and while it took him a few days and his initiative to hunt down some more relevant parts - the got the project done for me when others could. Everywhere locksmith was the fourth locksmith company I called. the first three told me they could not fix my existing vintage locking hardware. The wanted me to add an additional new lock to an old door. Luckily for me Everywhere Locksmith was able to fix old door locking mechanism. These guys were just total lifesavers. And honestly, that's something I've literally never said about a locksmith before. Like, NEVER. Thursday, rush hour, Wilshire and 26th. We pull into 76 to fill up; go to get back in car and realize we've locked ourselves out. Yeah, I know. In our defense, it's a 2016 Rover and owners manual would indicate it's not even possible. Car isn't supposed to lock with keys in it, so that's something to figure out another time. Because here's the problem: dog in car. Ugh. We call AAA. They're sympathetic and promise to dispatch somebody. Say it will be an hour. We watch pup thru window (it's cool, shady, she's fine but we're neurotic and freaking) and I start to google options -- with alarming results. Long posts about how impossible it is to shim a Rover, anti-theft protections, laser cut keys. There's a whole bulletin board devoted to a guy who hasn't been able to get into his car for WEEKS. And the posters are all pretty grim about AAA; apparently this is just a tricky truck to open. At this point, I'm ready to break a window, rescue my dog, live with consequences. But try one last Hail Mary. I quickly Yelp local mobile lock guys. Everywhere Locksmiths is first option. I call, they answer, dispatcher is sympathetic and smart. Wow. He quotes me SEVEN REMARKABLE MINUTES until tech will be on scene, and is savvy enough to send the guy rolling my way BEFORE taking down a bunch of make/model/contact info over phone. So by time we're hanging up, Everywhere is pulling up. It was really sorta' the greatest phone service ever. Here's how the next minute went, word for word. Locksmith: Oh, it's a Rover. I've never done one of these before. Me: (concerned) Got it. My dog is in that car. Maybe we just get a wrench from your truck and bang out a window. I can live with that. Locksmith: (like out of an action movie) We're not breaking any windows today. He walks toward truck with his inflatable bladder and wire hook, fiddles with bladder for 15 seconds, shoves hook thru gap he has created, opens door, withdraws equipment and walks slowly back to truck while we applaud. He was on scene for, like, 60 seconds and quietly and professionally solved my shitty situation. No annoying paperwork, no outrageous fees, no drama. Just fixed the problem and was on his way. We canceled AAA call before dude even arrived to tell us he couldn't do it. Dog never knew there was a problem and not holding a grudge. A Christmas Locksmith Miracle. Thanks, Everywhere. read more

I don't write many reviews, but I really felt like this was an excellent experience! You hear crazy stories about locksmiths charging ridiculous rates and "tacking on" hidden fees upon arrival, so I was pretty frightened when my key broke in my front door lock on a cold sunday night. What now?? I called for a quote and was told that the quote was the entire charge ($95). Great! They came over in 15 minutes, were SO nice, and 20 minutes later, they got my broken key out of the lock! Price as quoted, no hidden sketchy charges. I honestly think that 5 stars isn't enough stars to give to these guys! I have never experienced such amazing service and it was so fast and the price was so reasonable. Moe came to fix a key that was stuck in my car and he went above and beyond. He not only got the key out from the car but he also fixed my key fobs. He put batteries in the fobs and made sure everything was good to go before he left. And the price.... it was SO reasonable.
