Luckily, I found Rafael on Yelp and he responded immediately and gave me an ETA arriving right on time. Looking at this ridiculous situation, he was able to figure out how to open the door from the outside guiding my husband to the correct wiring. After freeing my husband, he was able to fix the broken cable and put the garage door back on its track all at a reasonable price especially for an emergency weekend call. I think if you're going to comment about a company, you should first use their service and then complain. The fact of the matter is they are a GATE company, and you should judge them by how well they are priced and how well they provide the service of fixing or installing gates. The reason I say this is because I have used several gate companies, and they are extremely nice up front but have charged exorbitant prices and provided lackluster services, so I appreciate when I get someone that knows what they are doing providing competitive prices. After saying all this, here's what I have to say. I had problems with my gate for close to a year, and have had a gate company come to my house charge exorbitant prices and replaced parts that didn't even need to be replaced and it still didn't work correctly. After I contacted RTM, I talked with Ricky Sr. and he sent over Ricky Jr. the next day. After Ricky got here, he diagnosed the problem, lubed everything up, and now it's working like a charm. Ricky Jr. was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have him on my contacts list just in case I need his help! I do have to say it's difficult to reach someone because it's a small operation and I think they have lost their receptionist...but it's worth calling them a few times to get a knowledgeable and honest person.
