Came in to buy a bouquet for my friend's birthday. There's a decent amount of parking in front and along the side of the shop, which is convenient given the location. They had pre-wrapped bouquets available, but they were out of my price range. I asked if they could make something custom within my $50 budget, and the staff was super helpful. She told me it would take about 15 minutes and invited me to sit at one of the tables while I waited. There were cards available to write a message, and they also had snacks and drinks out. It was also quiet and peaceful inside. True to her word, the bouquet was ready in 15 minutes. They placed the flowers in a sturdy cardboard vase with water inside, and it turned out beautiful and it survived the 30 minute car ride to my friend's house. Totally worth the $50. They had other vase options too, but I liked the one they picked for this arrangement. Highly recommend this shop if you're looking to buy flowers for a gift or just for yourself. I'm posting here in addition to Google because I feel it's important people see a fair representation of a store. I love and support small businesses but feel they should be held accountable for missteps, especially when it breaks the customer's trust. I think what upsets me most is that most of the time, I have no idea what the flowers I order look like, because they're delivered and I get a thank you, and that's all. But it just so happens I had this Mother's Day bouquet delivered to my home in Saturday so that I could hand deliver it on Sunday. And it's really disappointing to find out that what I got and what I thought I had paid for were very different. Sure, my friend would have never known what I paid and what it was supposed to look like. But for over $200, I was shocked to find that the bouquet, advertised to have anemones, ranunculus, and garden roses, to have just 1 sad looking anemone, 2 ranunculus, and several carnations (at least 4, which were definitely not advertised) and lots of little daisies. There were a ton of lisianthus, which was included in the description and are pretty but inexpensive. Overall underwhelming quality of flowers for the price point. Seriously - carnations in a $200 bouquet?! And I can tell the anemone is barely hanging on, won't even last until Mother's Day and the ranunculus are probably not going to make it either. I would have been better off going to Whole Foods. I would never order delivery again. I would hope their in person / special order and wedding selection is a different and more honest experience. read more
