I was skeptical bc of reviews i read online in reference to the new nurse practitioner. Honestly her name is Lisa and she was amazing! She listened to me jumped right into running test to help with what I needed and we clicked! I scheduled my next appointment with her. She is very knowledgeable and I fully trust her with my health care! I feel it is hard finding good doctors and if you find someone that listens to your medical needs and jumps on a solution or how to find solution then you have a great one! I've been going to this Dr. for the past 2 years. The first year and a half was great minus the long wait times. Ever since they got the PA I have been nothing but disrespected and belittled by her. I know I have my problems and they are supposed to help with them, but she makes you feel so small and tries arguing with you on everything you say. I also have not even been allowed to see the Dr. ever since she started showing up. Save your time and money. read more

I began the program in October 2016 weighing 232 lbs, with high blood pressure and low energy. Dr Abassi is great, Staff and business not so great. i was Refused medical services from an appointment I had made because I did not pay my part of Part B Medical (147.00). However I did not know that I owed them this as I did not receive a bill. I rescheduled the appt but I will be cancelling it and looking for another Doctor that may not refuse service when needed. read more

I was seen at Alliance Family Medical center today by Dr Holloway. This was unfortunately the worse medical experience that I've ever had. After waiting for over an hour to be seen (which is understandable since they were very busy) Dr Holloway entered the room in a whirlwind. He was completely rushed and gave no regard to actually speaking with me and understanding my symptoms. He spent a total of 2 min in the room with me and then said that he would get me some meds. He was literally half way out of the door while I was trying to ask him my prognosis. He was about to leave without even telling me what I had. So while literally standing with one foot in the hallway outside of the examination room he called back to me to let me know my prognosis. What happened to HIPPA laws and patient confidentiality. What happened to good old common courtesy and professionalism. Actually my question is what happened to a doctor actually taking a few minutes to talk with you and understand your needs. I left feeling like I was a burden to him and was an unfortunate interruption to his day. Even while waiting on my prescription I saw him again and was dismissed. He saw me standing in the hallway and didn't acknowledge me as a patient/person. He just quickly dismissed me saying that I shouldn't be in the hallway but should be in the waiting room. Granted he didn't even take the time to check with the front office assistant that was trying to help me and who told me to stand in the hall. I will absolutely never go to this doctor again. And I wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. Now I am only upset with this doctor. I had a good experience with all other staff including Dr Abbasi. He was very thoughtful and kind to me when I came in last year. If you want to be treated with respect and kindness do not see Dr Holloway. You will come in sick and leave sick, frustrated, and disrespected. read more

My mom took my daughter for a sports physical. While in the room Dr. Holloway noticed she was biting and picking at her nails. (My daughter is 12.) He then started asking her all kinds of questions about her day to day activities which she did say she was a little stressed with school. After his many questions my child broke into tears. Mind you this was for an everyday sports physical. He then stated that she might have mental issues because of her "nail biting and skin picking disorder". He also recommended her go to psychiatric counseling for her "stress and anxiety disorder. " which he diagnosed himself in the 10 minutes she was in there for a sports physical! Wow. I did not know a PA could diagnose a child with all those disorders just because she was biting her nails. I thought he was unprofessional and using bullying tactics because we were both females. I would not go back to that Doctor for anything in the world! Now I have to console my pre teen who is very upset. read more
