I was introduced to Malis when my daughter in law treated me to a pedicure. Now I see them for both dip mani and pedicures! I really enjoy going to my appointments. It is very relaxing. The salon does not have a strong smell of acetone, which I am grateful for. The salon is clean and well kept. Now my husband goes here for his pedicures. It's worth the trip for us! My nails were ruined at Malis Nalis Boutique on 12.06.25. I visited this boutique (?) to get a gel mani prior to a special event. The esthetician who started the procedure used the wrong product to remove my polish and then used a drill which ruined my nail beds. Almost four months have passed, and they are still tissue paper thin. My nails have still not grown past my fingertips, and continue to break and crack (see below). Simple tasks such as opening a can or buttoning up a shirt are nearly impossible. When I visited Malis Nails in person asking to speak with a manager, I was hustled out of the shop and told "I had short nails." Nor were they concerned about me sharing this story. This is obviously a business that takes no accountability for their actions. I've always kept my nails short, but before my disastrous visit to Malis Nails Boutique, they were strong and healthy. This business deserves ZERO stars in my book...unfortunately, not an option on this site. I'll never use them again and would strongly discourage anyone from using their services. read more

I called in advance to see if anyone could take me last minute on a rainy early Saturday afternoon. Surprisingly, they did so I quickly went in. Upon walking in I was greeted and asked what service I wanted and for my name and phone number. I think they create a "profile" with this info but I wasn't given much detail. I get gel mani's frequently and it usually takes 45 minutes start to finish and one hour max, if I'm doing multiple designs. My appointment of just a gel polish removal and change took over 1.5 hours, which is much longer than expected. Tey, who did my nails was very sweet and thorough. The salon is very clean, and well taken care of, which I appreciated. They have a few parking spots in the back which is convenient and an atm inside. read more

This place is unorganized when it comes to taking appointments. I don't get the fact that you can make appointments online with a certain tech but then go and get someone completely different from what you book as well as waiting an extra 30 mins after your appointment time. I understand that they get busy and fall behind but this has happened literally every time I go. My advice to the business is to learn how to be more organized when it comes to taking appointments and walk ins. Your client's time is valuable and we cannot wait 30 mins to be seen. The service is ok, if you go when they're busy you'll feel rushed. If you get the owner, be prepared for her to work on you while she's doing a million of other things as well. read more

I was due for my dip powder mani and went for mood change dip yesterday. Overall love how it came out this is good for indecisive person like me . I went to this place for the first time and they are very friendly but the work they did was HORRENDOUS (pedicure-gel white polish). As i understand white is very hard color to do but at their professional level they shouldn't of looked the way they did, also I know no one is perfect but for the amount of money is charged i felt like the job was rushed. On my way out when it was time to pay the owner was hovering over me which it felt very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this salon. read more

First visit today. I got a dip manicure and I'm so impressed with how nice it came out! Beautiful, smooth, and precise. My nail tech was Chanra- she was friendly and professional and did a great job. The salon itself is very clean and modern. Nail instruments are taken out of the package for each guest and they clearly sanitize everything including the stations between customers- all the important details you'd expect from a salon that prioritizes the health and comfort of their guests. read more

This is my zen spot every 2 weeks and actually look forward to going to Mali's for "me time". They give the best pedicure I've ever had. Lisa makes sure my nails are perfect before I walk out the door. They have TONS of nail color selections. It's VERY clean and comfortable too. Everyone that works there including the owner are always so kind and professional. It's honestly the only place I'll go to and the best in Lowell. 10 stars from me! read more
