Bryan first came out and greeted us, I didn't feel pushed or pressured to do anything but I was curious about a vehicle they had. I got to test drive it and inspect it, guy was honest and laid back. Decided to purchase the vehicle and the financing guy, Logan, was just the same way. Chill, laid back, and didn't try selling me any unnecessary stuff. I was also promised a window replacement for the car and a minor code fix from the engine light. Both were fixed the following week as promised with no extra cost to me, as promised. All in all, good dealership, they kept their promise, and I just wished I got to meet the owner that day to thank him for the great experience. I'm now a proud owner of a mustang GT 5.0. The salesperson called or texted about a dozen times in a two day period. I told them I would come to the store and look at the truck first of the week. They wanted to make a deal then. The sales manager then called and texted saying they'd deliver the truck late Friday afternoon and do the paperwork remotely. He told me that the dealership needed the money to make payroll and he desperately needed to make the sale right now. No way. I'm not buying a truck sight unseen. As promised, Monday I went to the store to see the truck and as I'm getting ready for a test drive, the sales person says "did anyone tell you about the mileage?". This "NEW" truck had almost 4,000 miles on it. The sales manager then comes out to "bro" me saying he'd take another $1000 off. No thanks, a new vehicle shouldn't roll off the lot half way to the first oil change. I walked and will not go back.
