I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. When the truck was picked up by the tow truck driver yesterday the interior was completely dry. I decided to drive by there today because it was pouring rain and my husband was wondering if they had recovered it or moved it inside to make sure the inside wasn't getting wet. as soon as you pulled in the parking lot you could see the truck sitting there, no plastic, no tarp, nothing except the rain pouring inside, essentially causing damage to the truck that wasn't there when the truck was dropped off. I took tons of pictures and called the insurance company while I was still in the parking lot, that way they cannot say the water damage was from the tree limb. I also contacted the tow truck driver who has said if needed he will verify that he drove the truck onto his roll back and that the interior was completely dry. I cannot speak on the quality of their work yet, but I have extremely low confidence in the quality of their work seeing as though they did even attempt to protect a customer's vehicle while it's in their possession

I was quoted and paid $9,897 in cash under the clear impression that this covered the full job. When I picked up my car, it still had scratches and an entire unfinished patch on the roof. When I brought this up, I was told those areas "were not included in the estimate." This explanation is unacceptable. For nearly $10,000, no customer should walk away with visible, unaddressed damage--especially when I was upfront about wanting the complete body work done. I am hurt and extremely upset and feel as if my money was waisted I had to take another vehicle of mine to classic collision which is were my insurance referred me to 0 issues and they sent me daily updates and pictures of what the were doing so if you would like a better option then Classic Collision is were you should go Although the staff at homewood auto was polite, professionalism goes beyond manners. It means delivering what was promised and standing behind your work. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I will not return to this business, nor will I recommend them to others. Customers deserve better accountability and integrity than what I experienced.
