There is a very good reason why her massage place is rated with five stars: she is THAT GOOD. She'll talk to you, then let you zone out once you're comfortable. Pilates really helped during that time with all of that, and I've really been able to feel a difference. They have some excellent instructors and the classes are never exactly the same. 3.5 years later and I'm doing new things still. I highly recommend. I usually do classes with Ivy and Gina, previously also Molly and Sarah when they're around, but it's all great! I wish I had the time to go more than 1-2x a week.

Melissa's Yummy Yoga sessions will keep you smiling, laughing and sweating (very yummy!). And Janice's sessions helped me focus on my breath so I can relax into poses that I didn't think I can do (or still working on doing lol). She gives a lot of individual attention as well to make sure you're practicing correctly to prevent any injury. Since she has a background in physical therapy, she knows how to instruct her students (as well as what to look for) so they don't strain or hurt themselves doing the exercises.
