Billing has also been a breeze in my experience here and they always give you plenty of options when it comes to getting a procedure that fits your budget yet still gives you the best quality of life. They don't suggest dental work that is unnecessary and execute their procedures timely and effectively. The aesthetic of this office is so lovely: clean, modern, not too much clutter, very bright, and inviting. Dr. B is so knowledgeable and friendly. He examined our teeth and oral health and provided options for any needed dental work. We appreciated that he offered options and didn't just choose the most expensive treatment. He was detail-oriented and thorough in explaining what was going on & what needed to get done. Upon finishing with Dr. B at the checkout, they provided us with the estimate cost document, which was amazing because you know right there and then how much your out-of-pocket cost for future treatment, if any, is needed. You don't have to go home and wait for a call or email to know how much you have to pay and decide if you want to go forward with the treatment, especially if you're using insurance and part of the treatment can/will be covered by insurance. She "mistakenly" charged me extra two times, once $90, and second time $75. After that she didn't give me any other time for visit. I called a few times to schedule a time for the dentist and she just tried to get rid of me. Finally after a few days she said that they have plan to not work with my insurance anymore and if I want to stay their patient I have to pay out of packet. But when I looked on my insurance I saw that their office is still active in contract with them. I think they don't like to work with me since I stopped paying extra.

Than Dr. Rashmi showed up and spent plenty of time making my son feel comfortable and did an amazing job from numbing him prior to any shots and than being careful as to not cause him any discomfort.
