The front desk folks are AWESOME!!! In the back dr Hoffman is great. Ensures you are in no pain and comfortable. Explains things well. His assistants are again just super nice and caring. Lastly is Jen which I think she is a hygienist. She is a joy to be around. To talk to and does a GREAT job. Love this place. And this is a dentist office. How often can you say that.

First off, I want to…read moreacknowledge that Dr. Pham and the staff were friendly, but I'm deeply dissatisfied with the treatment I received, which has made me question Dr. Pham's expertise. I went in for recurring nerve pain in one of my teeth. Dr. Pham took X-rays and all different exams but didn't find anything wrong. He suggested that my pain might be caused by a bite issue and recommended filing down my teeth to prevent contact. I trusted his judgment and agreed to the procedure--a decision I've regretted ever since. Two years later, my tooth pain remains unchanged. Although Dr. Pham scheduled a follow-up, I didn't go back due to doubts about his skills. I hope my experience is an exception, but the fact that I received an incorrect diagnosis and ineffective treatment makes me seriously question Dr. Pham's professional abilities. If you have alternative options, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to any treatment (not specifically fot this place but any dental place in general). Your teeth aren't something you can afford to take risks with. Btw the reason I didn't write a feedback until now is simply because I'm too lazy.

He told me that the discoloration on my teeth that I have had for over 10 yrs and has never bothered me was a massive cavity. I was vocal and told the dentist that the discoloring had never bothered me and I did not wish to do anything other than have the filling that fell out filled again. I had a bite block in my mouth so I could not close my mouth to stop him when he drilled away a large amount of my tooth. He told me to raise my hand if I was in pain or wanted him to stop. I did so multiple times and was ignored. My Mom was a witness to this. The tooth was never even polished. I wish I had listened to my Mom when she said not to let him touch my mouth because a few days later, I cannot drink water without nerve pain caused by the excessive drilling away at my tooth. I was not given enough pain relief either- I jumped at one point because I was in so much pain and raised my hand and said "I am in pain" and was ignored. I have had dental work done and my lip was not numb at all. They proposed giving a 20 something with healthy surrounding teeth a bridge instead of a dental implant. I have been to three different top oral surgeons and they all said I did NOT need a bone graft. This dentist told me my implant would likely fail without a bone graft despite having been told by 3 different surgeons that I was young and had enough bone making that unneeded. I told him my smile made me insecure with the empty space from where I had my tooth pulled over a year ago because I needed a root canal and could not wait to get it done. I wish I had just toughed out and done the root canal a year ago. If I had, I never would have come to this dentist who either has wildly different opinions than every one else or is doing unneeded work on me. He claimed all of my teeth were "soft" including my incisor and I felt he implied that my entire mouth was full of non-existent cavities and would need to be replaced. I wish I had NOT trusted this man to do what I asked him to do which was to just simply fill in the tiny filling that had fallen out. That tooth had never even had a cavity- it was an impacted tooth from when I had braces and my old dentist put a small filling in the part that was under the gums to make the tooth stronger. I was offended by the care I received and with the information we have, my Mom and I can only come to the conclusion that this dentist deliberately drilled away so much of my tooth that he was pretty sure he would injure my nerve and cause me pain that would make me seek a root canal. Before he even touched my tooth, he said there was an "89% chance this tooth would need a root canal". He did not respect my wishes to leave the discoloring alone which as a patient, I have a right to not consent to removing the discoloring which is what I did. My tooth will be fixed at a honest dentist. It really bothers me that there are dentists out there that will knowingly cause patients pain and suffering. If I didn't have a bite block in my mouth, I would have closed it to stop him. I went from having a healthy molar to not being able to drink room temp water without pain. I would hope he is remorseful that he did not just do what I asked him to and the result is more dental work needed and more pain for a young college student.
