The staff is super friendly. The are always on time with my appointments. They even held m​y spot when I was a half hour late due to work. I love that they use a camera to show you where the problems area are and are very open about all your treatment options. They also work with me to find affordable payments. Finally, they don't treat you like a little kid. They don't berate you with teeth brushing techniques and flossing. I'm 59-years old and I brush and floss the way I want to!! read more

This was the worst dental experience of my life. I had waited too long to do something about a molar that had disintegrated on the bottom right side of my mouth. Having a surplus of partial antibiotic prescriptions I took them to calm the tooth down twice in a 3 month period. My old dentist did not take my new dental insurance and that tooth now literally had me in agony so I had to find a new dentist fast. Comfort in the clinic title was reassuring because I knew I was in big trouble. The tooth now looked like an explosion with half of one side missing to the gum line and the cavity was huge and black covering what remained of the surface. And it went all the way to the bottom. An adjacent tooth was also deeply infected. At 68 I had plenty of experience with root canals and extractions of infected teeth. Many of those procedures did not require pain medication. I called and was told they could squeeze me in for an Emergency Examination, but an extraction would be scheduled 5 to 7 days later. I finally agreed to that as I was assured they would do whatever was necessary to get me out of the pain. It should be clear to all that if I had been doctor shopping I would not have waited 3 months to score pain medication. My hopes had been that the root would die and my surplus antibiotics would heal any gum or jaw bone infection. Not wise, but my budget was very tight. Well that didn't happen and I now had a major major throbbing torturous infected monster of a mess in my mouth that ruined any sleep I tried to get for days before I broke down seeking help. In the office, after filling out pages of first time visitor information on line, I was at first told that my insurance company didn't know me (I actually had gotten the clinic info from my insurance company!) After some time they finally found it but said they were unclear on what it covered, but took me back and once again had a nurse ask all the questions I had answered on my medical history screening. She then told me X-rays were needed and proceeded to X-ray everything - every tooth in my head from multiple angles breaking for ten minutes at a time to consult other staff. An hour had passed and NOTHING had been done to numb the affected teeth! Her final question was why were you in here today again??? Unbelievable!!! Terrible pain I replied. "Ok. Well we have a bit more screening first." I wait 20 more minutes and another lady comes in I think is a dentist and she begins to measure gum depth two ways on each tooth and asking about the last deep cleaning I had. She sent the assistant for something but asked me now, "How was your weekend?" I said it would have been fine if not for the toothache hurting so much." She then asked, "Oh! Are you in pain?" Terrible pain I replied. Maybe the worst dental pain I've ever had... She said something about doing a deep cleaning right then if insurance would cover and finally revealed she was the Hygienist not the dentist! I said no thank you of course... I Sat another 15 minutes and finally the doctor came in she asked me my main purpose for the visit! I kept my cool because i desperately needed relie! i couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, couldn't work and I had been promised comfort. She then asked which tooth!!! Which was so obvious if she just looked it was stunning. What did she do? She struck it with the but of a dental instrument and I all but SCREAMED !!! "Did that hurt???" And then IMMEDIATELY did it again!!! SHE TOOK HER TIME EXPLORING MY TEETH suggesting a partial for gaps and saying nothing about my chipped front teeth and finally saying the exploded tooth needed pulling! I said I know! That's why I'm here... "FIRST we get you antibiotics (they did not numb the tooth with anything still) and just take over the counter meds for pain. I said no! "Ive been taking four ibuprofens and four Tylenol at a time and they aren't touching it!" "Oh but we don't prescribe ANYTHING stronger." I said "THATS CRUEL!!!! I've been sitting here for two hours!" We argued and she finally said she would give me 10 Tramadol. Again I said that is just cruel!!! Are you trying to be politically correct or do you serve the patients needs! On the way out I had to remind them to give me the medicine! It's now 5:PM and I go to HEB. They look at the prescriptions and after sometime tell me sorry. The pain meds are written wrong and your clinic is closed. We'll call them in the morning. It was 11AM BEFORE I GOT THE PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED. I tried all day to use them but the pain escalated and finally I called the clinic back at 4:50. "Did you get the meds we already gave you?" Yes and I'm still taking 4 ibuprofen and 4 Tylenol every 4 hours, using ice on the outside and inside my mouth. "Let me ask doctor." 5 minutes later, sorry we can't prescribe anything more.... I have going here since the end of 2021 and always have had the best experiences each visit! Love my doctor, Dr.Alapati! She is the sweetest and has great bedside manners. The dental assistants & receptionist there are nice and professional! Today I had a cleaning and the dental hygienist that preformed the cleaning ( Erin ) was super sweet and very informative which is always very appreciated. Had to find a new dentist as my old one didn't take my insurance. Read soo many reviews and went to one but walked out after finding out they wanted to take 19 x-rays (even of my sinuses and jaw). I was very impressed by Round Rock Comfort. Everyone was so polite, knowledgeable and concerned about my not feeling pain or any discomfort. From the receptionist to the hygienist, the dentist's assistant and the dentist, all provided excellent service. It's a woman run business which I like to support. The best part was they did not try to upsell me or push me to do anything extra than I requested when I made the appointment. I like a small practice as they are not following any policy schedule like many large practices. They listen to you needs and wishes and abide by them. The front staff, technicians, and Dr. Indrakanti were all very nice on the phone, and in person. Although she was basically torturing me while she worked on my teeth, her voice was very pleasant, and she checked in frequently to see how I was doing, and even gave breaks if I requested. Much different than my dentist in the past, who basically told me to suck it up, and drilled and scraped away. I'm still not a fan of the dentist, but if I have to go to one I'm glad I found Round Rock Comfort Dentistry. This was my first visit. The staff members were friendly and professional. They followed up with my previous dentist office to get my x-rays (they were supposed to have sent them over). After my exam, the dentist explained what treatment I needed and why (showed me pictures of areas requiring treatment). My dental insurance is changing in a few weeks and we worked together to determine how to best utilize my insurance to minimize my out-of-pocket costs. Unlike some other dentists I've been to, Dr. Indrakanti didn't try to "sell" me a fluoride treatment, plaque rinse, or other treatments, just because my insurance would pay for all or part of the cost. Another positive aspect: Dr. Indrakanti did my cleaning herself, not a technician or dental hygienist. That hasn't happened in my experience in quite a few years. read more

My time is as valuable as the next guy, so if one of the pre-conditions for an appointment is to get a filling installed, last thing I have the desire to-do is commute from downtown Austin to Round Rock ONLY to have X-rays done--get charged for it, and be told to come back some other time. My son is an excessive teeth grinder. Today I called crossing my fingers to see if they could help my little man with some "emergency" fillings as i will call them. Much to my surprise the week before Christmas they got me in within the hour! Dr. Indrakanti has been our dentist for a few years now and i thoroughly enjoy knowing that she really does actually care. She even helped me with an issue I had and let me tell you.... she is gentle, light handed, comforting, and is not one of those dentists just out to collect insurance. I actually trust her completely. I am so happy to have found her I will not go to another dentist as long as she is available! Wow! How refreshing to find this dentist and staff. We have been looking for a great dentist for our family ever since we moved here years ago. Well after having another dentist gouge us to get one of my daughters teeth pulled and a temporary spacer put in for almost $700 somewhere else. My son now needed one of his baby teeth pulled to make way for a bigger tooth coming in so after days of calling around to many offices all over and getting ridiculous statements like we can't tell you how much but it will cost up to $125 just to look at it and than up to $500 to extract a Baby tooth, Really? Sorry I work for a living and you are not performing brain surgery here its a baby tooth! I called Round Rock Comfort Dentistry and let me tell you from everyone in the front office that I spoke with on the phone I thought this might be the place that would care more about the patient than the pocketbook and boy was I right! from the minute we walked in they had iPads up on the wall for the kids to play with, a massage chair, a coffee maker to enjoy and the nicest staff I have ever met. Than Dr. Rashmi showed up and spent plenty of time making my son feel comfortable and did an amazing job from numbing him prior to any shots and than being careful as to not cause him any discomfort. All I can say is I was Extremely impressed and know where our whole family will be going in the future. So nice to find a caring dentist that works for a Fair price! Stop looking anywhere else my 8 y.o son liked it so much he was discussing with them his marketing how he was going to tell all of his friends about them. Pros: The staff and doctor were very nice Cons: The woman who did my cleaning smelled like smoke, so gross in a place that is supposed to be hygienic. Then during my exam I asked the doctor about some discoloration on my two front teeth. She said she didn't know what the problem was and she didn't ask any questions or spend any time trying to figure out what was wrong. She offered two things we could try but couldn't guarantee that they would work and they would end up costing me a ton of money. I ended up going to a different dentist who actually looked closely at the teeth, asked a lot of questions, determined it was caused by some medications I used to take, and had a solution for me that day. When I told him my other dentist didn't know what the problem was he asked if she had discussed medications and I said no. He was very surprised that she hadn't even brought it up because it was such an obvious problem to him. read more

Went in for dentures had several appointments the last three appointments was just repeating the fitting. My dentures was supposed to be completed before November 18 but now it won't be ready until next week. Which is after Thanksgiving. I used to think this busy was a great business but this year they have changed my mind. There will probably be a set back again and I won't get them until close to Christmas. Best experience yet with a dentist and staff. Had my xrays and cleaning today and it was the most thorough painless cleaning i've ever had. The hygenist was amazing! Having a filling done in a couple days with them, and based on my experience today, i have no axiety at all. Dr. Indrakati was thorough and conservative about treatment and didn't try to talk me into any needless "repairs" like a lot of dentists do, which is anyone's fear going to a dentist. Can't say enough good things about this office. I highly recommend going here if you want excellent care and an honest dentist who clearly knows her stuff. I can't find one negative, or even neutral, thing to say. Everything was excellent. Update: i had my two fillings done yesterday by Dr. Indrakati. It was, as expected, pain free and really well done. At OTHER DENTISTS, I always have a ton of pain, sensitivity and soreness after a filling. Zero pain with comfort dentistry. The procedure itself was almost zero pain as well. Dr. Indrakati is a perfectionist and you will get amazing, less painful, fairly priced, honest dentistry here. It's clear dhe cares anout her patients. My son and I both see Dr. Rashmi Indrakanti, at RR Comfort Dentistry as our primary dentist and I have been beyond impressed not only by their staff but also by their level of service. I have had a lot of dental work completed for what seems like a fraction of what it may cost elsewhere, and the staff in its entirety has made me feel very comfortable in terms of expertise. I had to go in for an emergency visit for which they were able to fit me in not only on the same day but also in a timely manner. Everyone knows a toothache can be an unbearable pain depending on the severity and for that very reason, in particular, I am beyond grateful for their promptness. I don't foresee us switching unless something drastically changes but I do want to take the time to express my appreciation towards this facility. Keep doing what you're doing... It's working! Awful! Zero communication for confirmation of appointments prior to the date. No one asked questions once we arrived about what procedures were being done. Waited over an hour for my children's appointments to be done and each child saw at least 5 different staff during this time period. Younger daughter had eaten nuts and then brushed teeth prior to appointment. Dentist told her these were parts of her teeth coming loose and thus cavities! Older daughter had an X-ray piece which was too big for her mouth forcibly inserted. This was after the blood pressure cuff was left on for too long and she had to remove it herself when the staff member was clueless and didn't remove it. Awful place , not comfort!!! Very small and tight place. Ex-ray was traditional and longtime, I get so pain and tired . She couldn't get whole my tooth crown through root in pics. I get so hurt . After that she (assistant dental) give me a dark glass that I couldn't see anythings. I think she thought working on manikin, no human . She fell on me and hurt me , it was horrible, she was amateur. After these. Dr cames and treated so nice but she check up me almost all my teeth need work and then give me a paper with expensive price that my insurance doesn't cover it , I have to pay remain it from my packet. If I wanna pay expensive I go to a great place dentist . Not a dirty and tight place. The doctor , when she talk to me , her mouth smell bad garlic !Oh....,! It's awful....! Little whole in the wall, but what they lack in location and size, they more than make of in ability to treat customers. They are very dedicated to helping they're patients. I had to have a root canal and crown last Friday, and was in a ton if pain, eveb though they normally close early, tge receptionist talked to the Dentist and they had me there 20 minutes later, even though every one had to stay late. I had the most horrific experience at this dental office. I can't even begin to comprehend how this place has good reviews. (I was serviced by Dr Hannah Dasari, with medical assistant Ashley, and I came in for a cleaning and ended up getting 2 fillings and a cleaning.) I'm going to describe some events that happened that helped me determine my reason for rating this place, and if I could give 0 stars I would. First, the dental assistant did not do as good of a job as she should of or could of! I Had drool dripping out of my mouth onto my freaking neck the whole time. Granted, the dentist said she would be using a lot of water, but I've had dental service before and all dental assistants I've had did an excellent job getting EVERY side of my mouth AND wiping my face, which Ashley did NOT. She stayed in pretty much one place the entire time and neglected the other as I had drool running down my face. Oh but it gets better, the dentist didn't numb me enough the first time she went in to drill the cavity and it hurt like 3 times it took her 3 times to drill to put the medicine in enough! Now I know, Drs have rules they have to follow about the amount of numbing medication allowed to give a patient, but after the 2nd time? C'mon! Why put me through all that pain? I've never had a problem with previous Dentists, they give me the shot and bam, done, don't feel a thing! Also she was hurting my mouth and pinching it from stretching it open so much and hard, it hurt, she wasn't gentle by any means, my lip was BURNING. She caused me a service burn on my lower right lip where she was working. If I could upload a picture I most definitely would. When she moved her chair she had my hair caught between the chair and her knees. Oh and the best part? They were freaking watching TV while working on me. She actually STOPPED while working on me to look at and watch TV. WAY TO MAKE YOUR PATIENT FEEL IMPORTANT!!!!!!!! Never in my life have I had such a terrifying experience at a dental office. I got online on a Wed. and picked that Sat. as a new patient and got right in. The staff is supper friendly and understood my anxiety as it had been 5 years since my last cleaning. I kept waiting for the pain to begin and before I knew it, I was done! They cleaned my teeth and came up with a plan to take care of some other issues going on in my mouth and I look forward to showing up again next Saturday to get started. I don't normally leave reviews and I don't normally go to the dentist I haven't been to see a dentist in 20 years. I went to this dentist because I had very bad pain in my mouth. It was a Saturday and I had a hard time finding a dentist that was open and that would take me in at the last minute. Finally I got a hold of Red Rock comfort and they had a spot for me and were able to see me right away. Turns out I needed a root canal 3 extractions and tooth fillings. I was given something for the pain until I could make the appointment to be seen and have the work done. The apartment I was able to make it was on a Thursday but I didn't get paid until Friday they saw me anyway and made arrangements to have my debit card charge the following day. Because of the amount of work needing to be done I had to make two separate appointments so I took care of the cheaper ones first because that's what I could afford. I did three extractions and two fillings. I was very nervous going into the dentist office because I don't like going to the dentist. But the entire staff was very friendly and assured me everything would go just fine. They did not disappoint. The work I had done was not as bad as I thought it would be it was quick they got me out in a reasonable amount of time and it was cheaper than I thought it would be to begin with. They even though I hate going to see the dentist this visit may have changed my mind and I know that I'll be back to have more work done as the need arises.
