The equipment seemed a bit aged but in good, clean condition. There were play options for toddlers as well as older kiddos and several swings. There is also ample greenspace for the zoomies, which looks over the river. We watched a few barges float by while there. This would also be a great place for a quiet lunch by the river. There were not many people in this park when we were there. We will be back with the kids!

Naturally located on the river just off of river road in Louisville Kentucky. I'm not a boat person so I'll be reviewing the playground and walking riverside trails. The playground is pretty solid. It sits smack dab in the middle of a part of the park with no shade so on our visit in august it and the playground equipment was blazing hot. The park itself needs to be taken care of better by the parks and rec division of the city. Very dirty, poor lawn care and the sidewalk by the river was full of overgrown weeds and debris. Unfortunate that the park is in such bad shape. It has a ton of potential as not many areas in Lousiville lie as close to the Ohio river as this place does. Overall it's still a cool place to check out and grab nice views of the Ohio and I'm sure of I had a boat it be a nice place to dock as it is rather large and has a nice sized parking lot.

The Mallard clubhouse is a nice new addition to the Mallard Lake subdivision. I used to live in the…read moresubdivision and they always said that the clubhouse would come about. Finally one day I did it also a company the swimming pool next to it. It is a nice clubhouse that is a wonderful addition for the community. This is only for people that live in the neighborhood

Has a little fishing dock and a couple rocks to get closer views. Very scenic and peaceful. My kids were excited to see a turtle and some fish so that was pretty cool. Overall cool addition to the parkland park systems.

This is just a big pond really that people can fish in and look at and take pictures with and just enjoy being alive and being a turkey run and join the nice weather is what we did today. They've since updated TV e playground, but they enjoy theirselves just like I did. When you come through the main gates on the left you'll see a beautiful garden of flowers and on your right you'll see baseball fields. A little further up and you'll find two playgrounds on the left and a toddler playground up on the right. The main big playground is great. It's fenced in for those of us with runners. It adds a little more security so your kids will be free to run around without feeling like they're gonna dart off away from the area. There are lots of different activities for all ages. There's a giant rope thing, swings, a huge play tower thing, a play tower for younger kiddos, and a metal obstacle course. This playground is 100% worth a visit if you're in the area!

This park is a hidden gem back in the Berrytown, Anchorage community. There are tennis courts,…read moreabasketball court, a full-size softball field, picnic tables, grills, a playground, a swingset, restrooms, and (in need on repair) horseshoe pits. The park is just off LaGrange Rd -- turn onto Heafer Road and you'll see the park in about a 1/2 mile. The parking lot is small, but sufficient for this very quiet park tucked away in a residential neighborhood. It appears to be managed by Metro Parks, but could use some work. No walking or running path here. The softball field benches appear to have been broken and remain unfixed. On the Horshoe pits, there's only one pole. There is a restroom building, but I can't speak to the cleanliness of it because it was locked for the winter. There's also a water fountain, but it to was turned off. I assume, for the winter. This park would be a perfect place for a quiet family get together, or a pick up game of softball, basketball or kickball. Perhaps us yelpers should use this location for our next kickball UYE.

Right at the red light intersection across from the giant golden statue of David. This small park that I was unable to find a name plate for has a Japanese butterfly garden type theme. Has pretty landscape a small circular walking trail and plenty of seating inside some nice shady parts. Overall it's a blink and you miss park in an otherwise boisterous and busy downtown scene. Kinda cool and unique compared to anything else I've seen in the city.
