    Arrangement that was delivered minus  balloons and card purchased to be delivered with arrangement.

    This floral company was contracted by Blossom Flower Delivery with my order on 12/16/25 for an arrangement called Garden of Stars which is beautiful on their site and it assures the same flowers and style will be delivered though there maybe a little variation due to being handmade. What my daughter received as her 21st birthday arrangement looked absolutely nothing like the website's picture. Plus the extras I'd added to my order, mylar birthday balloon plus two accenting latex balloons and a birthday card were not delivered with the sad looking arrangement. When reaching out and speaking with an associate at Mallery's to share my dismay and disappointment in their product I was told, Sorry you were disappointed but we don't see any pictures of what a customer orders we're just given flower types to use. I said that seems so strange when there are pictures and very descriptive names for the arrangement featured. And also there were the missing balloons and card. Her response was a cold, Sorry. So what do you want me to do about that? Send more balloons? THERE WERE NO BALLOONS SENT WITH THE PITIFUL EXCUSE OF A BIRTHDAY ARRANGEMENT CREATED BY YOUR SHOP! I said I felt I could have had better satisfaction and service at the local grocery store....it was so sad. To date there has been no response from the owner or management and nothing has been done to bring any kind of satisfaction to this nor reimbursement for the missing balloons and card in this very disappointing transaction. Mallery's Is a definite NO GO and if a negative stars rating were an option that would be most applicable to my experience and I have let the contractor know this as well.

    The Avis company sent pure crap flowers to my daughter for her birthday I'm totally disgusted and upset you know because it was her birthday and thanks a lot of us for the piece of crappy s*** you better give me my money back.

    Arrangement delivered was so much lower quality than what I ordered. Should have had 6 white roses and lilies in beautiful vase however, baby's breath and some wilted lilies in cheaper vase is what was delivered. I submitted contact us ticket, with no response. Very unsatisfactory.

    Do Not use them. You do not get what you pay for. If they don't have what you ordered and have to do a replacement, they do not call you. They exchanged a ceramic smiley face container for a plastic Dollar Tree store box, not sure how that is even comparable. There was nothing "happy" about this delivery. I paid for a balloon, did not get that. And special request... Do not ask for that because they don't meet them either. This was for my husband as an anniversary gift.. I could have thrown candy in a plastic bucket and made it look 100% better and cost me WAY less them what I paid There are a lot of awesome florists in my area, and they will be getting ALL my business form here on out. And the person I spoke with was extremely rude you cannot submit a review without selecting start rating so I had to choose 1.

    Horrible arrangement. So here goes my experience....my mom's 60th was yesterday and the one thing she asks for every year is flowers. So this year was no different. I used a site called flowershopping which said family owned. It came up local to the Redding area. I do not live in Redding but have used online flower deliver for my orders. I usually talk to someone in the flower shop immediately and no problems. Well, the flowers arrived and they were not what I ordered and Flowershopping said it was within policy to have the flowers to replaced if they were not in stock. Fine, whatever...the picture did not even match...there was a green and pink bow around a very awful looking vase. So apparently, so flowers and vases can be switched out if not in stock and you will not be notified - which is not part of their policy. If nothing is wrong with your order then you won't be notified. Summarized by what they have on voicemail recording. Won't be using Mallery's or Flowershoppping...Safeway or Trader Joe's does better!

    I ordered flowers through FTD and Mallery's filled the order. What a disappointment. I paid for an upgraded version and what I got didn't even come close to the basic one on the website. Mallery's also has the arrangement on their website. No roses, mostly unopened flowers with a couple of carnations and some ferns. Certainly not worth the $79 we paid for this. I sent a complaint to FTD but don't expect anything to come of it. I know you don't always get exactly what you ordered through FTD but this is truly the worst I have ever seen. I would never use Mallery's for anything after this experience.

    Store Hours

    Absolutely terrible customer service and communication skills. Ordered online a week in advance for a Monday pickup and they didn't bother ever communicating that they wouldn't be able to fill my order when it was requested. Pick up time was for 12p, I showed at 12:10p to find the doors closed . I called and left a message and when the gal called back she claimed that her hours were correct on her website and then tried to say it was my fault because I was late to the pickup time. Store hours showed they were open until 2p. Even if the website had shown they were closed and not their website allowed me to place an order for when they were closed I'm all about supporting local business but don't ever shop here.

    The flowers my aunt sent to my grandma's services were embarrassing! They were dropped at the front door and left. They were wilted and long stems broken. What a disgrace! My poor aunt cried when she saw what she paid for and how they looked! What a disgrace!

    This is not the bouquet I ordered. This hardly has any flowers! That the picture with premium has a bunch of roses.  Rip off!

    I ordered a premium tea cup bouquet and got few flowers you would hardly call a bouquet. I am so mad. it was for my mother who lost my father and just wanted to make sure they were pretty for her to cheer her up! Pisses me off. Thank goodness my mom is nice. I will never do business with them again. I have bought flowers that have died within 2 days etc. terrible business!

    With the exception of the daisy, this is a 7.99 arrangement from Walmart.

    Horrible quality. A 55.00 arrangement looked like a 7.99 arrangement from Walmart (with the exception of the daisy). I called the owner to express my disappointment and she was very passive aggressive and argumentative.

    Not good customer service. Argumentative about delivery issues, a bunch of excuses. Blamed the person ordering for using an 800 number.

    I have used Mallory's since 1989, the flowers are always beautiful and the price is reasonable. Very friendly and professional.
