Last month, he sent the med to the wrong pharmacy and I have been trying to contact him since. No response, the pharmacy reached out to him several times and he won't answer. The records were sent in the mail...just regular mail...nothing secure. The receiver is a nice person who managed to find me and return the records. I called the office and the receiver called twice. I specifically asked for two of the doctors to call me. No one has reached out. I could only speak to the admin. Apparently she is also the compliance person. Not good. So HIPAA violation. I have reported this to HHS. Thank goodness I'm in a good place now. I can't even imagine the repercussions if I were living in an unsafe situation. Run, don't walk. Run.

Therapy is a different world for many people, and they tend to back out and not open up with a stranger, but I encourage you to take a few steps in and see how it works for you. The initial evaluation was comfortable (including furniture and Dr. Clark's calm office setting), although I was naturally nervous in a new experience. Dr. Clark was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. The following session I was tested and the third session we thoroughly discussed results. I now am involved in therapy exercises on my own and refer back to Dr. Clark as needed; she is responsive to texts and calls and I appreciate the growth that has resulted!
