I told her I did when I called that morning to confirm the time. She told me to have a seat. At 3 PM, I went to the desk and asked her what was going on. She said, "Oh, I forgot about you." I informed her that I was not going anywhere without being seen that day, so she needed to do whatever it took to find whichever doctor it was that I needed to see. Finally, around 4:15, I was called to be checked in and called back to be seen around 4:25. The doctor doing my exam was very apologetic and explained it was a misunderstanding (it always is).
