You see the commercials--they're all on your side, right? Not. This firm seems to be interested only in cherry-picking a type of case that requires no effort. My daughter phoned them after a medical facility caused her husband to fall and seriously injure himself. On the phone, before she even explained what happened, the RECEPTIONIST said, "Oh, we don't take complicated cases like that." The end. No interview, no questions..just, "Nope." I just listened to your commercial about Lou who fell in a nursing home and broke his hip and you represented him. I call up and get a callback from somebody who sounded like she was in her car listening to my story. After less than five minutes, she tells me she needs to consult with the law group. She comes back after less than five minutes and tells me that they can't take my case and refers me to somebody else who was supposed to call me and never does. We have a definite case against a doctor Who screwed up surgery on my husband and the insurance company who denied care for a month and caused a kidney injury and then decided that they were wrong and they should have not denied care. Meanwhile, the harm was already done. and my husband spent six months in the hospital and got all kinds of infections and had a surgery that was not done properly, but you are not going to even listen to me to see if I have a case? Really how dare you go on every single commercial? I look at and tell us how great you are. read more

After 2 years of Filing and Dealing with the case he called me and said that he couldn't win the case that The Nursing Home offered me a couple of Thousand Dollars to go away, so I accepted it but I didn't believe it. They said they would take our case after we gave them all the info, then after a year and a half, did nothing. New representative then called and sent a letter saying they were no longer representing us. They have no reason. Then casually let us know that the case has a two year statute of limitations. So basically they wasted a year and a half on nothing, and now we are out of time when we could have easily gone elsewhere on a straightforward case. read more

Their commercials very deceiving they advertise all about the elderly my mother died this past January in an assisted living laid on her bedroom floor for over 3 hours a spot was found on an X-ray that came to find out from laying on the floor for so long in her apartment upon a ton of other issues she died from RSV never had the vaccine in the assisted living came to find out none of the residents received it. I was on the phone with Malman law over an hour with a consultant and they came back to tell me I didn't have a case really I thought you were all about the elderly when I sent an email to request why they decided no I never received a response back! The people who trusted you. I should have negotiated for myself in my case. Telling that what I received from another accident in 2014 was different than 2025. That it was just a fender bender. The lawyer I had Alexis was a joke. I knew more than she did. That's sad as she should have done better. As I wouldn't budge and settle, they had her supervisor contact me. I let him know exactly with whom he was dealing with. It still took another 6 months after 2 years. When the checks were delivered to me they were each short $1100! then the guy that delivered them wanted me to write a Goggle review. Beware: I have updated the post a few different times from this Law Firm , but the final one was I settled my lawsuit and my bills were supposed to be paid. The money was taken out of my settlement and (2) different companies they were not paid! Malmon law said they were, but they were not paid. The last company finally handed it over to a collection agency, Then they paid it after I contacted them telling them that it went to a Collection agency months after the settlement they kept the money and Steve Malmon called me telling me that it was because the lady that was in the accounting department had quit her job and they thought the check went out Not very good. Follow up for an attorney's office. The claims that they're the best by the way you don't get your check at the end until you send out (3) GOOD reviews. Malman Law is handling my case for workman's compensation and shortly after my weekly benefits were stopped. I haven't received benefits for 4 months. The lawyer Dylan Kosson 2 days prior to the IME independent medical evaluation told me to bring my medical records even though Stephan Coleman the case manager said don't bring anything. Dylan was not at all preparing me with documents to bring anyway. The IME physician was missing documents and even though I was diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome the IME physician said I didn't have any neurological diagnosis. They will not fight for you. I had a car accident back in August 2024 and the other driver who collided into me while she was driving in the wrong lane claimed that I hit her and ran a red light. Completely untrue, especially since my car took the brunt of the damage. I told Malman Law my story and they accepted my case. Then after 2-3 weeks with minimal contact with a paralegal, I finally heard from a lawyer who was handling my case, Bennett Wilcosky. He monotonously told me that it doesn't sound like they could support my case because "there wasn't a way [they] could prove that I wasn't at-fault." They dropped me after "consulting" with other members on the "team." Low and behold after a couple months, the insurance companies got back to me that the other driver was indeed at-fault. I came to them in July 2021. then brought my WC case to them. almost the entire time, getting the lawyers to call me back, return messages or provide status updates had been akin to pulling teeth. finally talked to a supervisor. walked away feeling like I'm wrong for being upset that lack of communication has been so bad or no one seems to think it's not wrong to not return messages or provide case updates when requested. the lack of compassion and poor basic guest service is mind blowing. and when I finally do hear from someone all they do is finger point and place the blame anywhere but where it belongs. with the acting case attorney. read more

You'll get a response from the secretary/assistant, but when it comes to getting a hold of someone knowledgeable about your case... oh you can forget about it.
