I've been attempting to reach Mr Malman to inform inform him of the disrespect I received from the probate attorney. Telling me I'm stupid for not signing the forms to frt the checks. my mom died from 8-9 bedsores and rising home neglect. i would never refer them and hate I did not hire the other for . i only got updates if I called. They NEVER inform us of court dates even after I told them I want to be present at every one. Mr Henry was rude as well. I work with attorneys and never met such rude and disrespectful attorneys. I told one of the attorneys I wanted to meet w Mr Malman. he told me NO. He wont be here. $20,000 doe 9 bedsores ans abuse. I hate this firm. Still waiting for mr Malman return call. Every time I see one of your commercials, I cringe and want to HURL!!!!! Between the lack of communication I had throughout the whole time they were representing me and the final outcome. I will/would never ever refer this company to anyone. I feel, personally they did not do the job I hired them for. When my attorney said she Was very familiar with the nursing home attorney's and knew them very well. I knew then I was F&&&@&!!!! Who gets along well with your adversary!!? Initially I was told they would do everything they could for me. I feel they didn't because they settled!! For way way far less than was expected after my parent died. I also feel, that because of where I lived (zip code) and my race I wasn't given The type of representation that ALL of Malman law clients, I'm sure are given. These are my opinions only because from what/how my parent died in a nursing home from inadequate treatment and all of the ways malman law told me to relax and that they would take care of it all. If they could settle, why not fight, instead of telling me the case was dead after close to 3 years of investigating. What a wasted 3 years. Every time I see Malman Law's commercial it brings back pain. I trusted them and feel my trust may have been misplaced and a big mistake. My mother died and I feel her death was premature and a result of egregious neglect in a nursing home. A representative of Malman met with me, they assigned a case number, had me send them required documentation and they said they would order my mom's medical records and get back to me. They gave me a game plan of what I could expect with a couple of months. I kept contacting them because they were not getting back to me and they kept reassuring me they were on it but were meeting with resistance on obtaining medical files. They told me they would have everything together in a timely manner. About 4 months prior to the 2 year statute of limitations of my legal right to persue a case they sent me a registered letter stating they did not want to offer an explanation, but no longer wished to represent me. The turnaround time of hiring someone else, of them obtaining her medical files and filing a suit left me in a position of what I felt was no recourse that late in the day. Leaves me questioning why they would wait that long and if it was deliberate. read more

* * DON'T HIRE MALMAN LAW!! - Unless you want to completely waste your time and energy hire the firm of Malman Law (Mr. Malman). My attorney Mr. Kellerman barely objected or said anything while I was being deposed as if he wasn't even there. There was little prepping done before the deposition. The only time I ever received any updates regarding my case is when I called. Months and month would go by with no knowledge of what was going on with my case. Malman Law let the case drag out for 4 long years (PASS THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS) and all of the sudden they decided right when negotiations regarding a settlement were to be made with the defendant/opposing counsel, they abruptly decided they wanted to drop the case and also that they didn't want to go to trial. They instantaneously found no negligence in the assistant living facility that allowed another resident to run over my mother (who was doing just fine before the incident) with a motorized wheel chair and 6 month later she died. The Hospital Report clearly showed that she was run over by a motorized vehicle.. Note: Also BEWARE...Malman Law pressured me to write a great review right before they dropped the case. PLEASE don't believe those lame commercials. This Firm is such a Farce! Malman Law if you wanted to make a plea deal with opposing counsel why did you even take the case or you could have done that 4 years ago without wasting my time and your own! I contacted Malman Law in 2018 after I slipped down steps due to water falling through a damaged gutter. Mr. Dan Petrich came and investigated, took photos, and I gave him all of my paperwork from medical bills. After an evaluation the firm committed to pursuing my case. I received a letter from Mr. Corey Boyer that he would be the attorney on my case. He never once called me and never took my calls when I wanted an update on status of my case. I received the run around from administrative staff or was given to Dan. I called a year later only to hear that the firm was waiting on the medical paperwork and bills. I had already provided 99% of the paperwork when Dan came to investigate. The admin told me they did not have it, and were working on it.....a year after it was given to them. I had to send more copies. I threatened to write a bad review, then Dan contacted me to apologize my case slipped through the cracks and assured me he would keep in contact. I received a letter confirming my medical expenses in August asking me to call and confirm which I did. I called three times and emailed with no return call. October 2019 I finally receive a call from Corey Boyer, my assigned attorney who never ONCE since initial contact by letter a year and a half ago to tell me my claim was denied. While I was not overly upset that the claim was denied, I was flabbergasted by the way I was treated, the lack of profressionalism of Cory Boyer to keep me updated, return calls etc.and then calls me out of the blue to tell me my claim denied. I just read a bunch of google reviews saying this is the best law firm...ha, I wonder how many were written to offset all the bad reviews. DO NOT USE this very unorganized, unprofressional, non-communicative firm. PS. Dan Petrich was profressional in his dealings with me, unfortunately picking the slack up for CORY. read more

Absolute waste of time. They took on my mother's case and drug it on for 2 years. At the end when it was already coming close to the statute of limitations as said by them, they got resistance from the nursing home that neglected my mother. There were pictures and documented proof of her injuries, but because they were not "worth that much", I was told they would not go any further. They told me that I could hire another attorney and they would pass along all the information they collected, they failed to mention that because I already hired them, no other attorney could or would take our case. So no justice has been done for my mother who had passed away while they were wasting our time. Disgraceful read more
