Went to Malone's Quality tire in Apache Junction as was promptly greeted. I explained what I wanted to get done. He verified my request and asked a couple questions to make sure we were on the same page. I shared that I would be waiting. And they went to work on it. All their pricing is on the wall behind the counter. Waiting area was very clean, tidy, and a fridge with water and sodas.  These were new wheels going on my 2025 Audi. They were very careful with them and my car looks awesome. all if any wheel weights were on the back and wheels had no runny water marks from install.This is my new go place. Thank you! read more

Drove from Sedona this morning because my mother was specifically told they would have the tires(this is why I ALWAYS have her put these calls on speakerphone) and they don't have them and tried to lie about what they said the day before! The only reason we even went to this specific tire place to begin with was because she was referred there from A1 Auto, but we found two other tire shops that operate with integrity and honesty on our own. It looked like ALL of the employees standing behind the female employee(possible owner) in front of my elderly mother trying to intimidate her because she called them out for lying while they blamed it on a new employee. So we drove in for nothing when we have an appointment to get an alignment at the mechanic after this. Absolutely can not recommend this place! My son had a flat tire on his van-one with a gazillion miles on it. (Okay, maybe that is a slight exaggeration.) After calling all the big chains, we were looking at about $120 per tire. Try Malones, a neighbor recommended. I called and was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and YES! They had the tires we needed in stock. We headed over there and within 20 minutes, Chris, the tire tech, had two nearly new tires on the van. (He noted that the other tire was in even worse shape than the one that went flat.) What a change from sitting in a soulless waiting room for an hour or longer like at some of the national chains I've been to. Total was $140 for both. I was delighted. Friendly, prompt service. We stopped in here to see if they had tires for one of our trucks. Many places in the valley did not have them, it's an unusual size and hard to find. It was a great day. Because, they have the tires in stock and ready. The most amazing thing is how quickly the entire transaction went. We came in, asked about the tires, they have them in stock, and could place them on the truck that day. Then and there actually . Now I cannot remember the name of the man that helped us. A tall nice looking young man with a beard. And Brittany, who is an amazing little lady, that is so strong I was amazed! Brittany changed the tires out in no time. I don't even think we were there for 20 minutes. Total from start to finish. They were both incredibly pleasant, as well as ready to answer any questions at all . If you are at any risk for Covid19 ..I would stay away from here..went to buy another set of tires ..not one person, even the owner, had on a mask and they were happy to get right up in your face. They did not have any new 15 size tires to fit my needs ...told I could order them and come back...Sorry to say..not going to happen! I agree with Andy. This place sucks! I bought a set of used tires from them and was treated well. I went back 4 months later to get a used tire for a different car and was treated very rudely. The guy told me he didn't give a blank and then wanted to throw down when I said I was going somewhere else. All I did was tell him which tire I wanted replaced. Rude nasty people. My husband bought a dozen tires there and went and bought two new Truck tires and the help was good the owner was rude...didn't appreciate it. So apparently for my husbands trouble the owner put a used one on instead. Since it was an inside dual truck tire he didn't notice it for some time...total rip off for being a steady customer....beware dually trucks you don't matter there. read more

I have gone to this place before but this time the owner quoted me over twice the price they usually charge! When I questioned the quote, he got very rude and got in my face! He said that I should price a quart of milk or a new car! I am 80 yrs old and do not need this kind of attitude! Will not go back there. By the way, both he and the helper were not busy. I had been to this place a few times in the past few years without any issue. For some reason this past Saturday when I went in, the experience was less than good. As I waited for my vehicle, which I had no issue with waiting for, I walked around the showroom wearing a black shirt. I one employee talking to another "you mind telling me who this guy is walking around our store in this black shirt"-not sure what I did to them but..my hubcap came flying off this morning. I tried to give this place another shot, I went to buy two more tires for another vehicle yesterday. I took them two loose rims, put tires on, I took them home and mounted on vehicle. came out this morning flat. called them to let them know. my wife just called me very upset because they told her it was her fault and she drove on it and ran something over. when she tried to correct them, the "manager" literally talked sh!t about my wife in front of her to the owner-who mind you DID NOTHING!!Nothing. if it was not fixable they would of tried to charge my wife for a "new" tire. ITS NOT RIGHT!!! DO NOT GO TO MALONES-DO NOT GO TO MALONES-DO NOT GO TO MALONES Im so upset at this place right now. I know they are used tires so flats/problems may happen but they were so rude and disrespectful to my wife-even the female owner was rude. TOP it all off once they put the tire back on, they just threw the spare in the trunk, unfortunately breaking some things we had in there. UPDATE: THREE DAYS AFTER GETTING NEW TIRES ON MY CAR MY HUBCAP FELL OFF. WHEN I INVESTIGATED THE ISSUE I FOUND MY LUG NUTS LOOSE!!!!!!!!! New to the area and saw them on offer up. I really only need only a pair of tires. But I tend to run through tires fast. So I gave up buying new ones for that reason only. Have 4 cars at home that are drastically driven so I called and asked if I buy more then 6 tires. Would they discount $10. I figure they would and since they are down the street. I can now go to this tire shop once a month instead of my usual place in Mesa. Guess In their words, short term "profit" which is already over 100% on a tire is more important than long term continued profit. I used to think this place was great. The owners have always been more then helpful. I've bought new and used tires from them in the past without any issues. Today, I go in the shop and ask if the owner was around, he wasn't so the guy working there checked my tires and found that one was separating.... I told the guy that, that was the tire I bought from Malone's BRAND NEW!! He completely blew me off! Treated me like I was incompetent and stupid.... at this point I had, had enough. I asked again when the owner would be back and he repeated I don't know and continued to blow me off and tell me that the tire would have no warranty and had NO customer service or care. I decided I would take my business else where and went over to Ried's tires.... they were PACKED but unlike Malone's, SO NICE SO HELPFUL got me in and out in 10 mins with a my spare on and the separate tire put under the vehicle for me. I decided to call Malone's to give them one more chance, the owner was here this time when I stopped by after making the call and the owner treated me with such DISRESPECT and DISREGARD for the fact that he sold me a brand new tire that was splitting! I was in disbelief! He wouldn't even LOOK at the tire in question! Then proceeded to fight with me over what tire he had purchased for me.... I know which tire is was.... and then decided since he couldn't win that fight that the warranty must be VOID because I didn't "rotate the tires as manufacturers require" because I knew exactly what tire I had purchased from him. SMH I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. It's now very clear why Malone's was dead and Ried's was so busy!
