6/2026 UPDATE: After writing my original review a couple of…read moreyears as the time service was excellent and timely, it has drastically gone way down. I called their office 5 times from December 2024 until early the following year to get a proposal for a mini split, never received a return call to either schedule an appointment or provide a proposal as they know my house well. Miscommunication with a contract which took several months to correct when billing an additional amount. However, during the spring service call the billing had not yet been fixed and the technician Angel was instructed to remove my water ordered for my whole house filtration system without telling me. I only discovered it when Angel as to access the boiler room. (This same technician left my hallway walls dirty after I had just had them painted. Fortunately, I was able to clean them.) I knew no servicing was to be done until Winter so I asked why which he responded he was taking the filters that belonged to GMG. I advised that I ordered them and they belonged to me with an adjusted invoice only for the filters and not install. When I had the winter service performed in November 2025, I addressed the duplicity with Joe and the lack of a quote for a mini split. He stated that Andrew was bad at communicating and would share my concerns. I waited to hear from Andrew, nothing so I reached out. An appointment was scheduled and the understanding that the contract would be amended one time only to include the service for water filtration unit which had not been done under the previous contract. No revised contract received and appointment not kept. Since November, I reached repeatedly via text, voicemail and email to receive the corrected contract and then to schedule the spring service, NO RESPONSE! I'm attaching screenshots of the text messages and emails. I then asked to provide me the type of filters so I can get another company to do the work, STILL NO ANSWER with no attempt to address the matter. IT'S A TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM; JUST CHILDISH BEHAVIOR! On top of all this, I receive on a regular basis emails to provide a review on a link to them only, not on Google. Well you got your review to your company directly and not on Google. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Needless to say, we are ecstatic to have connected with him because it's always great to have a local electrician nearby that can be trusted to provide great services AND who is available to work within a reasonable timeline! Having already met with a bunch of other electricians (whose estimates were unreasonable, whose schedules weren't actually "open," or who simply never responded to us when we reached out or followed up), we found Jason to be a "cut above the rest!". Jason has always greeted us with friendliness and great professionalism. He is a focused worker who also shows patience with inquisitive customers (like me!) I have oftentimes spoken to him while he has been working; he never makes us feel like we are "interrupting;" he openly explains the different aspects of the labor involved with the job and is able to chat and work simultaneously while still being extremely productive! We have welcomed him into our home on several occasions. On his first visit, he installed wiring and mounts for two large (65" and 75") televisions, including the installation of new quad outlets to accommodate the (future) addition of a soundbar. The fact that Jason shared this information so willingly (and without any awkward hesitation) gave us great peace of mind as new homeowners. We wholeheartedly recommend Jason; he truly is an amazing person who offers fair, reasonable prices for his labor and expertise. Additionally, he has always been respectful of our home and cleans up after he works. He even offers to take off his shoes and/or brings "booties" to ensure that people's homes are respected! I completed a full nightmare of a dormer on my home and was very skeptical to ever hire another contractor again. Tommy and Joe came to remove my waste line so a basement repair company could repair a collapsing wall. They removed all the piping in one day with only one weeks notice. The basement wall repair was completed the next day, and then the plumbing was completed on the third day. They also came to install a slop sink for my washer and a full home water filtration system with second faucet. All of this was completed in three days. Literally flawlessly and the guys were so accommodating, polite and helpful. I am so grateful that there are good workers still left in this world like Tommy and Joe because they made this repair so easy for me and my family I even had a loose/wobbly bathtub faucet in my upstairs bathroom that Tommy helped me out with free of charge.
