Was disappointed because I didn't get a reply back and when I emailed them and said I was upset, that they had not responded in three days. I had a call the next day. They had evidently been out here and just gotten back. They came right out. The people were very knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job. He went over and above what I was expecting. Unfortunately, the dryer couldn't be fixed but the washer could and it's running perfect now. I would definitely suggest trying these people out, I was very impressed with their professionalism and their knowledge. Re: And you do get back! As I mentioned, I would use you again. The day comes for our service appointment and no one shows up. I called Rains and was told they rejected the work order the same day it came in. When I asked why no one bothered to call us Bryan got upset. I then asked how long until they could get to us and was told a month. Continued to get the run around. Bryan hung up on me not once, but twice. Come to find out I was told that due to the fact the appliances weren't purchased from them they didn't make us a priority. On a whim I ran the dishwasher the next day and it drained fine, assuming a clog or something came lose from me and him messing with it. I assumed I wouldn't get a reimbursement from home shield so the service rep offered to replace the pump anyways. While preforming this repair the service rep busted a pipe under my sink without telling me. Now I have to get a plumber to come out and fix his mess for something that didn't need to be fixed to begin with. Will never use again.

She was willing to trade out the non-working dryer to get a replacement dryer from Lowe's. Was not offered as an option since they are forcing her to go through the OKC wharehouse. Now she is without a clothes dryer waiting for this to be resolved. What kind of Customer Service is this?? Terrible!! Following the Golden Rule?? Never!! Treating you like a Good Neighbor?? There are two ladies today, when I attended, that are washing attendants. The facility has staff present when it's open. !!!DON'T BRING QUARTERS!!! Bring $5 to purchase your card from the machine at the back of the facility. There is also soap, bleach, softeners, and laundry bags available for purchase. Another boon is that the facility offers free Wi-Fi, latrines, and has a drop-off service available. The lady I spoke with today was very kind and patient walking me through the facility and how they do things here. I'm from NV and been stationed on the West Coast most of my career. Things are done much differently here in OK.

I purchased a used refrigerator from them in March of this year. The guy I bought it from said it…read morewould work fine, there was a 30 day warranty, the only thing not covered under the warranty was the water for the ice maker. It made ice, but leaked water so all the ice became one sheet in the tray. No big deal. The real problem came at the end of June. It quit working. The refrigerator wouldn't get cold, and the freezer was just freezing everything on the bottom shelf and everything else was in the freezer was defrosting. We paid them $95 to come out and fix it. The maintenance guy they sent out said that a drain was clogged and it had frozen, so he put a heater on the bag to defrost it. It worked good for about 4 weeks and then the same thing happened again. So I called them back and said, hey it's not working again, same problem. They sent a different guy out and all I saw him do was take apart the freezer and chip the ice off and put it back together. It worked good for almost 3 weeks. Same problem. Called them up and said it wasn't working, again SAME problem. Well they wanted to charge me another $95. Total BS. I wouldn't have to keep calling them up every few weeks if they would;ve just fixed it right the first time. Between original purchase, repair calls, and lost food it ended up costing me around 1000 for a used fridge that didn't work. The 3rd time, the woman that answered the phone was just a b****. I told her I shouldn't have to pay for them to come out and repair the fridge because they haven't repaired it right the first time that I payed for it, they're just doing quick fixes to hurry up and get out. My husband talked to one of the guys that works there, and he said they would send someone out, and would call us back. Well it's been over a week and they have not called back, which is fine because we just had a $1400 Kenmore from Sears delivered today. I would not recommend purchasing from here or asking to have repairs from them. We kept hearing that this was the place to go because of how great they are, but this was not a great experience. Apparently "They have really gone downhill" from what my husband's coworkers recently told him.
