First off I went based on all the videos on instagram great videos. Place is not how it looks on videos! Food was ok but not for the price and service ketchup was bad and spoiled my wife's plate was warm my plate came cold told them all they did was pour more warm hot sauce on top of my chilaquiles red sauce was good. Lots of miscommunication even though we were speaking fluent Spanish. Here is a picture of our Brunch recipe. I was also charged for them to sign HBD for my wife when they asked we can choose from a pastry from the house which was a flan de elote . Price is out of range for service and experience! From entry, we were greeted by every staff member with a smile. It was Saturday morning so it was busy but we got in pretty quickly. We came in sweats and sweatshirt but it's a little more upscale than your average breakfast/brunch place. Our server was attentive and practiced his English with us. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, clean, zen... the food was delicious! The servings are pretty big so come hungry! They offer pan Dulce or a pastry if you order coffee. Which we did. I had the enfrijoladas, my neice had the omelette Azteca. I ordered café de olla but our server suggested the pumpkin spice latte which is my fav and was absolutely delicious! Never again... the first time I came here, the chilaquiles came with frozen, NOT FRESH shrimp. They were small and tasteless. The second time, my friend's steak was ordered medium rare, and it came out well done. My chilaquiles were ordered without dairy, and were smothered with cheese! Such a great brunch spot before hitting the beach at playas de Tijuana. We came here on a whim not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised at the small line waiting to get seated under the tend outside of the restaurant. They even had a little pitcher of water and cups for those waiting to get seated! FOOD: Breads: They came around and offered us a nice selection of breads which my boyfriend and I both tried. Unfortunately the names of each bread we chose escapes my memory but they were a great little start. So nice to nibble on with the fresh OJ that I ordered. Breakfast Burrito: Ugh this was so delicious. It had so much potatoes and cheese, but could be better if there was a bit more egg & bacon added into the ratio. This was delicious and came with a fantastic chipotle sauce to dip in. Beware that the burrito comes out piping hot so don't burn your tongue like me! Liver & onions: My boyfriend was the one who ordered this little number. It came out and looked great. I am not a liver fan since the texture is not my favorite but he really enjoyed it and said that it was prepared really well. Came here with a friend for a private event to photograph and fellowship with women traveling from different parts of California and Mexico to attend this special event. First impressions as we arrived, they have valet parking and it's highly suggested as the restaurant is located on a very busy street and parking is slim and none. As we arrived we had the entire back porch to ourselves for about 35 women. The restaurant best accommodated is as best they can. Being outside and it's December was cold, everyone kept their coats on and there were no heat lamps. When we did get our food, beans with rice and omelette which was delicious thou it turned cold pretty quick. We had endless juice, tea and coffee to drink. Our servers for the most part were on top of it with the exception we had to ask a waiter 3 times for my tea and it never came. Since our meals where determined in advance, I didn't see the actual menu. However, the restaurant was packed with many locals. Would I return? Yes, Id like to explore other menu items. read more

We got there at 1:30pm (i know a very late breakfast) there was plenty of spots open. We had our temperature taken and we're given hand sanitizer, all the tables are spaced out 6ft. I got fresh squeezed OJ and cafe de olla they were super good. Our server was very polite and attentive. For entrees my fiancé and I shared the Malvet Pancaked and the Chipotle Omelette they were DELICIOUS! The omelette was filled with cheese peppers and bacon and the Chipotle sauce was delicious!!! The side beans and has browns were also very good. The pancakes were also amazing with the peanut butter sauce very soft and fluffy! Will definitely be coming here again! Wow!!!! This place is freakin amazing!! Came here on my birthday 12/16 and at first I was unsure of the place but ended up loving it. The atmosphere and service is absolutely the best. The waiters/waitress are attentive and have awesome manners. The food selection is pretty much great. I ordered the Chile relleno omelette with a side of beans and hash browns. They offer sweet bread for a little appetizer. The bread is so delicious and fresh. They also offer a size of fruit kabob with chocolate. They have 3 different seating area. We sat in the middle. The decor is lovely and the music goes with it. Everything has taste and the food presentation is on point well the whole presentation of this place is. I'm definitely looking forward to many more visits when I am in town. They made my birthday so special. I'm so glad I bumped into this gem. Absolutely in LOVE!!!! When we first arrived they offered us baked pastries to eat as we looked through the menu. We ordered the California and Poblano Omelet, both were beyond delicious! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for a restaurant. The only issue I have with this place was the small parking in front. I spoke with the manager, Eduardo, about the issue and his solution was the valet parking was there for such problems (if parking is an issue to you).
