I loved everything we ate. Definitely became one of my favorite spots to eat at in the area! Everything was served fresh and hot. So delicious. I might go again today.

I have been here multiple times, and I am shocked that I haven't reviewed it! Mama Ana's is absolutely amazing. I have eaten at the restaurant and have taken out food from there multiple times. The quality has always been consistent and absolutely amazing. The ingredients are extremely fresh and the combinations of empanadas that they have are out of this world. Along with empanadas, they also have great plates/bowls that you can order. I will constantly be coming here whenever I'm in the area

My husband and I ordered a few empanadas and overall they were good. I wish the Buffalo chicken one did have more sauce through and not just at the bottom. But overall, each empanada was great and packed with meat/protein.

The food was AMAZING !! I mean EVERYTHING we ordered was perfectly seasoned and had us begging for more. I would've posted our food but we devoured it the minute the trays hit the table lol. Service was beautiful, they were very patient as our kids didn't know what they wanted. The restaurant has parking in the back and they play Latin music inside at a very comfortable volume. Id HIGHLY recommend this place. What we had: Chicharrónes de Cerdo con yuca, Steak Bowl, Pernil Empanada, Chicken & Cheese Empanada, Bean & Cheese Empanada, & Revuelta Empanada. Smoothies: Strawberry Lemonade, Morir Soñando, Passion Fruit, & Piña Colada. We recommend EVERYTHING *hubby took a photo of his food

Food was great, service was good and inside was clean. The empanadas were fresh, hot and full of flavor. We ordered the Pernil and the chicken bacon ranch! Lots of cheese in these so be prepared! Happy we found this spot, kept us from eating mall food!

Saw the great reviews and decided to give this place a try. SUPER cute upon walking in. Love the ambiance. Sizeable dining area inside and tables outside as well for outdoor eating. I ordered both a fried and baked empanada to see which I liked better. Surprisingly I enjoyed the baked version more! I ordered one chicken and one beef. Both had a really decent amount of meat inside. The beef was a little salty, so I'm hoping it was a one time thing. Will definitely be back to try the platters.

Great delicious empanadas, both fried and baked! Their chicken chimi was also delicious! Cozy small place, which has indoor seating during Covid with social distancing.

Great Indian grocery store! I am a professional chef and have studied with some of the best chefs…read morefrom and in India. Also, I have recently moved to North New Jersey (Montclair) from Northern California. This store is less than 20 min away from my home. Definitely worth the drive. This store rivals any store one might find in Sunnyvale or Fremont, except it is cleaner, better lit has better prices, and a WAY bigger frozen food selection. On some funky diet where you have to find flours that are not wheat? Do NOT go to Whole Foods (Whole Paycheck more like) to spend over $10 a pound for unusual flours like Rice Flour, Garbanzo Bean AKA Chickpea AKA CHANA FLOUR or (that is what it will be called here), Moong (Mung) Bean Flour, Urad Flour, Amaranth flour, etc. They even have Organic flours if that's your bag. Spices.....They have them in bags that are too big for a common American cook but at the prices they charge, you can use some of it and just throw it out when it gets too old. Or better yet, share them with a friend that would otherwise be too intimidated to venture out to discover and then use "unusual" spices. Are you bat poop crazy bored and feel like you will delve further into the abyss of madness from the lockdown if you eat another prepared food item from Costco and or TJs? THEY GOT YOU!! Their frozen food section is so vast that one could buy a bunch of different Indian dishes that one would otherwise have to go to an Indian restaurant to get. Again a funky diet haven in that MANY dishes are vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc. but also premade, fast and easy. Think Indian version of a Hot Pocket. PLEASE SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES AND RESTAURANTS!!! But, I get it if you are single and do not want to eat the same thing 3 days in a row because when ordering fresh dishes from a restaurant and the portions are big for just one person. Their produce section was big and had good quality produce. Nicest looking Okra I have seen in a while and considering it is January and snowing outside, that is saying something. They have things like fresh Curry Leaves, Methi Greens (Fenugreek Leaves), Turmeric (both the usual orange AND white) etc. So if your yoga instructor "diagnoses" you will not only a Gluten "allergy" but says you need to be eating these esoteric foods, this is the place to find them. Happy shopping, cooking and then eating!!!

I usually shop at a grocery store in Parsippany, but this time I thought I'd give this place a try…read more As soon as I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how much smaller it is compared to the store I normally visit. I walked through all the aisles, and yes, you can definitely find the basic groceries and Indian essentials you need. But after getting used to the variety and number of brands at my regular store, I felt like I'd rather stick with my go-to place. One thing that really caught my attention, though, was their ready-to-eat sabji packs. They have 16 oz packs for around $8, with options like Chole, Dal Tadka, Bhindi Masala, and a few other dishes. I thought that was pretty convenient, especially for busy weekdays when you don't feel like cooking. Overall, it's a decent neighborhood Indian grocery store if you're nearby and need the essentials. But personally, I'll probably

Eric (from Cultinary Road Trip) and I planned to eat and get going, maybe a half hour stop at the max. I think we were there like 2 hours talking! Dogs we tried were: 1. all the way - chili, onion, mustard 2. the en fuego - hot pepper relish, hot onions, sriracha, red pepper flakes, mustard 3. Oregon Trail - baked beans, bacon, cheese, potato stix 4. Buff-Aloe - Franks Red Hot, blue cheese dressing, potato stix, celery seed 5. Vermont Bob - bacon, sauerkraut, maple syrup (had to get Quebec Eric some maple syrup...he was starting to shake haha) Video is out now, but these were all super tasty. Dawg house absolutely - Didn't Suck!
