I am also not sure if hours are just up to the store discretion but either way it's a bummer and sad To see they don't want people coming into their store that could potentially spend money esp while The holidays are close.

I had to get out of there or I was certain to pick up a pair. But right across the walkway was their home goods stuff like the nutribullet pro... on sale, I got it. At check out I was helped by an amazing young lady named Diana. Super helpful. Long story short I got Kohl's Bucks for $10 off and a discount for having my phone number registered and I think my total price was reduced by $20!!! It was like getting the flip flops for free! Happy customer here. Oh and while I was carrying my stuff to the register another young lady smiled at me and I had to say hello. She asked me if I was looking for the Amazon return kiosk. It was just Nick to go into a retail store where the employees take ownership of the customer experience. I felt wanted and happy to spend my hard earned cash here. My new jam!

There were also a lot of empty booths so that makes me wonder how this location is doing as far as the business goes. The parking lot is small and there aren't a lot of stalls considering there are many other stores that share the same row of spots. Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

However they legitimately had a ton of expensive name brand clothing for pretty low prices. The set up was a little confusing though. They have "stalls" and each stall has different types of items and entirely different pricing and deals. It's almost like individuals are able to rent a stall to out their stuff, but I don't think if thats actually how it works.

This is a lovely consignment shop mostly geared toward clothing, but also has some accessories and…read moreshoes. It's divided into small sections where each seller sets up their items and then the buyer can shop from multiple sellers at once. Select what you want, try them on (yes!! they have dressing rooms!) and pay for it all in one transaction. The inventory is hit and miss; each seller has their own "style" as well as sizing. Some sections have only women's clothing, others have a mix of mens, womens and even children. There's a small poster above the rack that explains what you'll find in that section. I love supporting local folks and this is a great way to do it. The pricing was also fair-not quite thrift store, but better than what you'll find at the mall. I was happy with my finds!

I asked where to get my fishing license and the young man cheerfully gave me precise instructions. Once I arrived at customer service I was greeted warmly and in less than 5 minutes I had my license. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

(I had several questions) 10 minutes in golf department. Same story. 20 minutes in BBQ and the two guys there seemed more worried about the display looking great than offering help. I've always loved Scheels but I am very disappointed with the current lake of service or lack of. I hope things improve! (I only spent $250)
