When I came to order, the lady (owner) was NOT showing any excitement to have a new customer, didn't even say Hello or Good Morning, just a plain "MAY I HELP YOU?" They also should put a SIGN at the entrance because the 2 dogs are right at the front door and they look scary and I didn't want to enter!! NO apologies whatsoever... just "MAY I HELP YOU?" I explained my purpose and She send the gentleman that I knew for many years. Old sweet man that took the time to explain the outcome of engraving a pen: 1. The letters will expose the metal 2. The letter will expose part of the metal underneath 3. The letters will NOT expose ANY and will not be seen. IT IS AT YOUR RISK! I appreciated the detailed explanation and decided to order. After 2 days, I was surprised by the outcome!! A disproportioned engraving, letters NO centered and the numbers were so close together that they became attached and not able to read. A fine pen has been ruined! To make it worst, they were two of them, one for my wife, and one for me. Her is a little better but also unfinished letters, also NOT centered. I would expect a better outcome coming from a business that has been doing plaques for years! As you can see, the C & A 35 is horrible. Nothing to do at this time.

I recently got into collecting Pokemon cards so we decided to check out this shop. On the second level of the plaza that it's located in, parking is plenty but the spots are super slim and tight so I always opt to park a bit further. Inside, the space is actually pretty big as far as cards shops go. They have tables all across the middle for playing games or tournaments and they have an abundance of staff. They have cards on the walls of higher value and a wall towards the back when you first walk in for their graded cards. If you like looking through binders, they have PLENTY. Like binders on binders on binders. You have to ask them to look through it and everything is super organized. They have it by alphabetical order and they also have 3 foreign binders for Pokemon. If you're also looking for binders or sealed product or anything dealing with cards, chances are they have it. I love how organized this card shop is and they always have a good amount of cards to look through where I always have to leave with something. Probably my fav card shop in South FL I've found so far!
