Had really high hopes based off the reviews and unfortunately I was disappointed by the pad Thai and fried rice. I eat a lot of pad thai and like it Thai hot, but this had a weird flavor (that didn't taste like typical pad thai) and wasn't spicy. I didnt enjoy it BUT the price and portion size were great - that I find very rare! Just wish I liked the flavor better. I didn't have the fried rice but my boyfriend (who is not picky) did not really enjoy it. We would rate those dishes a 2/5. HOWEVER, the ube brown sugar milk tea and the matcha fruity pebbles churro WERE DELICIOUS!! 5/5 for those food items! This is a nice place to get a fast-ish Asian meal. I came here with my daughter, and we were able to order and eat quickly enough for a 7 year old's temperament. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and the garlic noodles with shrimp. My daughter had the mango slush without Chimoy/tajin and the popcorn chicken with fries. We got our drinks within 5 minutes, and the food was served quickly thereafter. Portions were very generous. I ate my fill (the shrimp was heavenly, but they weren't kidding when they said no veggies), and I still had enough for another meal the next day. The same goes for my daughter. Each and every day, I'm just more ashamed of the food/restaurant industry. And this is from someone who was surrounded by that industry for most of their life. My husband and I showed up 25 minutes before close (Shame on us, I know.. we're typically not those people but we wanted a quick dessert.) We weren't ordering food, just simply a churro. When we entered, the man working greeted us and was extremely kind. He told us they were unavailable to make food as their kitchen was closed, totally cool, but we could order churros or any of their drink. We ordered two churros and a thai tea. Simple. Again, the man at the front was so accommodating and kind. The woman on the other hand. She was complaining and being extremely rude and unprofessional. (Mind you, we weren't the only two in there - there was a family as well waiting for their order.) She stated with a NASTY attitude, basically screaming "PLEASE tell me it's not one of those blended drinks, I don't have a blender." because she had just cleaned it, mind you... still open for 25 minutes... And she just kept making these rude, snarky remarks IN FRONT of us. It wasn't like she was in the back complaining after the fact, it was while we were there. She handed the other family their order and was super kind to them.. they did in fact get blended drinks. When she came to the front, she slammed my husband's tea down and said "thai tea" he said thank you and she ignored it, which I just thought was rude. The churros were great, not knocking them. Just knocking the extremely rude worker who needs to learn better customer service. At the end of the day; that's what matters most. Plus, your sign says you're open until 9:00PM, not 8:35PM. And not to mention, we cleaned off the table next to us of the wrappers and tucked our chairs in because we know they're tired and just probably wanted to go home. So just remember to be kind - and maybe not talk crap in front of your paying customers. Do better. read more

I've ordered it from them at least 5-6 times and every time it is delicious and the portion is generous. I've only been in the restaurant once and the ambiance seemed decent as well as the service. Nice to place to stop if you want an asian style fast food meal. You can choose from noodle and rice entrees and finish it off with a sweet treat like ice cream, milkshake, tea, or specialty drink. And of course, you cant forget the namesake churros. They have my kimchi pork belly fried rice. Keep in mind this can be hit or miss sometimes depending on the quality of the rice and the actual pork belly. Sometimes the pork is chewy or the rice is a little bit undercooked. Otherwise, the flavor is prety decent for a quick service locale. The pho is actually not bad either and was a good secondary choice for me. Great place to grab a casual lunch. I came to celebrate a friend's birthday and we each chose a dish to share. Here's what I thought. Garlic Noodles with Shaken Beef - my absolute favorite dish. If I come back, this is what I have to order. The garlic noodles were delicious. I find it weird that it comes with parmesan cheese, but that must be why they put it on the side. Pad Thai with chicken - It tasted a bit tomatoey to me. I liked it, but I didn't love it. Next time I'd pass. Orange Chicken - This was a very good orange chicken dish. You definitely need the rice, because it has a ton of sauce. I'm not a huge orange chicken fan so I'd skip, but if you are, then I'd recommend it. Shaken Beef with Rice- I like their shaken beef, but I prefer it with the garlic noodles over the rice. Bulgogi french fries - These were my second favorite dish. The french fries were crisp and I loved the melted cheese and the bulgogi was good. It's a fun fusion dish. Since we were celebrating a friend's birthday she got a free churro! I got to try it and I thought it was just ok, I'd probably try one that has more toppings. Service is very nice, they recommended us moving together two tables so we could all fit. Came here with my husband on Sunday at lunch after a friend recommended it to us. We are so glad we came! The decor is industrial and very tastefully done. The tables and metal chairs were very comfortable. The staff immediately greeted us and were so friendly and helpful during our visit. I chose the chicken pad Thai and my husband got the shrimp pad Thai. They made sure we wanted peanuts on the dish, which was a nice thing to make sure of allergy concerns. The food arrived quickly and we were impressed. The dishes were very flavorful and there was a substantial amount of protein in each dish. The chicken was so tender. There were some fried tofu pieces in each dish, too. The shrimp were jumbos, but so tender as well. I tried the shrimp udon and it was so much better then I maybe expected- it looks good and lives up to the appearance! The kimchi fried rice was even better. First things first, why do the veggies have to be all pre mixed. For instance some may not be able to eat both onions and peppers. For me, it's onions. So your option is no veggies or a TON of onions. I did want the peppers and I asked for easy onions as a compromise. The onions were an OVERKILL to say the least. The noodles were gummy like they cooked the noodles too long. There wasn't as much meat as it use to be and it was chewy. The flavor that I loved wasn't there. This dish was a huge let down. Hiccups and churroholic is a cute little restaurant to go to for good eats! Their menu was decently sized with good amount of variety, especially their drink and churro selections. My group had a good number of different dishes and I ended up getting the garlic noodles with shaken chicken and their lychee berry green tea drink. Their portion was pretty big with loads of flavor all balancing well with each other. I didn't think the side of Parmesan cheese would work well with the dish, but it ended up being very tasty! The veggies were cooked just right and still had a bit of a bite to it (I'm personally not a fan of soggy/overcooked veggies). The staff is nice and service was pretty quick. There were some minor mistakes with some of our drinks, but the staff was very quick to fix them. We saw quite a bit of people coming in and out of the restaurant so this place definitely seems to be loved by the community. I was surprised to find how tender the beef was that came with the pho because I'm used to it coming raw and then cooking it with the broth. They proved the meat can still be very tender even though it's already cooked. When I finally found myself in their area I decided to grab an order of beef pho and requested to purchase a quart of the broth for someone who could only eat clear foods and they were nice enough to sell it to me. Everyone that worked there was so nice! The food slaps every time - they are consistent. I have tried the wings, the pho with filet mignon, and the fried rice.
