It's simply Delicious. (It's freaking delicious!!). The plantain chips literally take me back home to when I was a little girl. They have a thicker cut than usual. That's how my mom used to make them. By the way my mom is from Guatemala. but my dad taught her how to cook Cuban food. So this definitely brings back memories.
