Wow! Is all I can say! This is such a hidden gem. Probably one of the best taco places I've been. I went shortly after they opened at 11am on a Saturday and there was no one there. The service was quick. Probably waited around 5 minutes for my food. Seating is outside under a tent. They have a great selection of tacos. I'm actually surprised this place doesn't have a higher rating but granted I haven't actually been in person. My experience is mainly with the food itself. And the food is delicious! I may have a bias cause tacos are my favorite but these tacos are amazing. You can pick and choose your topings etc for the trio but I usually leave everything but the pineapple sauce (I can't with pineapple). I also get the queso fritz for a side and absolutely love it. I ordered the crunch-wrap and it just tasted extremely greasy to me and like grease that's been used various times. The chicken seasoning was also not to my liking. I didn't finish it because honestly I felt like I'd get a stomachache if I did. I also got Fiesta nachos I believe there called. And while those were not bad, the toppings just didn't make sense to me for nachos. They had pineapples and onions?? But that's my fault for ordering that. THE PLACE: This location is in the center of Hialeah on the corner of a small shopping center. No indoor seating, only outdoor picnic and metal tables. THE FOOD: My boyfriend and I ordered birria tacos (3 each), an order of elotes (2 full corn on the cobb) and a cokes. Once our order was placed, we were given a small portion of chips with salsa and those were absoultely delicious! After waiting about 30mins for our food, we got up and asked for a status since we had waited so long, and within 5mins they gave us our order. The Birria tacos were fresh and good, but lacked salt and some favor in my opinion. It just didnt live up to my expectations. Would I order them again? yea, but i'm not dying over them. Warning! This is disgusting. My husband has picked up this food for us a couple times as the tacos are usually pretty good for a day we don't feel like cooking. My husband picked up the tacos and brought them home. As I am dipping my birria taco into the sauce it comes with I see something floating. I'm not too alarmed because the stuff inside is usually similar in color and I said to myself, there is no way. I grabbed a spoon to fish it out and convince myself it's not what I think it is and unfortunately it was what I thought it was. A small cockroach inside the consome. Advice: NEVER go on a Tuesday because the wait time will be forever or you may never get your orders. Taco Tuesday deals are $2.50 tacos (chicken, steak, al pastor, chorizo, and shrimp). Shrimp might have an up charge, not sure. Margaritas are in tiny little cups $14 (BOGO free or 2-for-1). Not worth it, in my opinion. The menu on the screen is not updated. I was told that they did not have the bucket of (3) beers available. The staff member did not know which beer on the menu costs $3.50 and expressed that he didn't know anything about the beers they have because he wasn't a beers guy. Good for being honest but not really good for business. Suggestions for the restaurant: Figure out a system that works efficiently during busy times, hire more employees (one as a cashier, one delegating and making sure things are running smoothly, one taking care of drinks, someone manning the pick-up area, and cooks/chefs), have separate printers for drinks and food, fix the menu, and check on customers. If additional employees can't be hired due to lack of funding, then figure out a system to maybe pre-cook a lot of ingredients, and have someone actively and only being in charged of putting the tacos together and churning out the margaritas to hungry customers. I have been wanting to come to this place since they first opened. Today I was in the area and decided to try them out. It is sad to say specially during covid that many places are trying to survive the restaurant restrictions the city has imposed on them but if you choose to open your doors to the public food should still be good. I ordered the taco trio and a beer.... beer was nice and cold and in my tacos I had the al pastor and steak tacos. The meat was though and Chewy the tortillas were also hard and seemed reheat it. If you are a fan of traditional tacos this is not the place for you. Tacos have a ton of things and creamy sauces none spicy. For hot sauce they have syracha which Is okay but if you have a taco place you should at least offer some fresh hot sauces, pico de gallo, etc. I don't expect to be back soon but I will come back another time to give it a second try and see if maybe today was just a bad day for them in the kitchen. Prices are on the high side for what was served. Service was good and the guys were friendly and attentive. The tables outside need some cleaning and disinfecting after people leave... i didn't see any of that while I was there. This should improve. read more

They came with white chopped onions and a little bit of cheese. My daughter frequents here quite a bit and she said it can be hit or miss. I did not realize that you could order just one taco here because the posted menu doesn't show you that, so everything that we could see was in trios. I had the birria tacos for lunch which were disgusting. It was like eating a pile of slop and I was sorry I ordered them. I could only eat two of them and almost immediately started to feel uncomfortable, in fact I was sick all day. I gave the last one to a family member at home who later complained she got sick as well. By 6:00pm after having a stomach ache all day it was coming out of me like hot lava. The two stars are solely for the sauces which were good and helped disguise the taste of the funky meat. My dining companion had the chorizo tacos and he said they were fair at best, but said he would never go back. All in all a one star rating for this food was being more than generous.
