Super cute coffee shop. They have a variety of different flavors- I ended up getting the cookie butter latte. They have a room for kids and babies with toys and easy activities. You can also get some work done by yourself or with a group. We were passing by and saw this one had good reviews. Highly recommend if you're a local or just visiting. The atmosphere is laid-back at this joint, and the everything melt, you have to eat sitting down; otherwise, you will be on the floor. It is so good. I like that I can sit down and read a book, drink good coffee, and just relax. The owners are invested into the community, and it shows local artwork is featured on the walls and is for sale. Places like this are too few. It is cozy and welcoming. The service is friendly and personal. I had a smoothie. It was made with local honey. My wife had oatmeal and said it was good. Cutest coffee shop next to a forest I didn't know existed. Food and drinks were adorable and SO GOOD, decently priced, portions were small but good if you wanna keep things light - and the staff were super chill and even filled our water bottles with ice and water before we left. Everyone there was super sweet and friendly even though the three of us were only 18 hours into a road trip and already looked sleep deprived to the level of hungover spring breakers (we were asked if we were either a minimum of three times in three different states that day). We got cute pics, made a friend with the lady that thought we were hungover, and got a phone call from the business phone because she left but had more travel tips to give us. I wanted to like this place. I should have listened to the reviews. I was there for more than 20 minutes and still didn't get my coffee. I asked to cancel the order, because I was going to be late to my appointment. I didn't get an apology or, anyone to try to fix the drink for me quickly. If you are looking for a quiet place, to study, or just relax and enjoy the atmosphere, this is not the place. Overstimulation to the max, not to mention many people waiting. read more

We just had coffee. My wife had drip coffee and said that it was wonderful. I had espresso and was disappointed. I prefer a medium-dark roast for espresso and they use a dark roast coffee. The service was wonderful and unfortunately we took it go but the shop looked comfortable and would have liked to stay and enjoy our coffee. read more

I used to live in Milton, Fl till about 2017. I wasn't much of a coffee drinker then but would come to Mama Lattes once in awhile. Now that I've been back for a few months (2020) I nearly visit almost every day and that's with me driving from Jay, fl. It didn't take them long to remember what I order. I always get (20oz iced white chocolate mocha) but I believe I've heard them say chai? Is a favorite here. Anyways big fan of the coffee, service and the workers here. I believe the people working here and of course the coffee is what keeps bringing me back. They're great. So if you're ever near Milton High School make sure to check them out. read more

Super cute and welcoming little place tucked away in a small town. My husband and I stopped by on our way out of Milton after a vacation, wish we would have discovered it sooner while we were staying there because we would have went every morning. I got a small iced caramel macchiato and it was delicious, tasted so authentically made and not fakey. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because husband ordered a medium HOT white mocha and they were out of white mocha syrup so he opted for a normal mocha and they made it iced, he doesn't care for iced coffee but said it was so good he didn't really mind it thankfully. It wasn't a big deal and we aren't ones to make a fuss over something even if it is a wrong order. The staff were very sweet and friendly so I know it wasn't a purposeful thing, I think the cashier got a little frazzled after she realized there wasn't any white mocha syrup and since my order was an iced coffee she just automatically made two. No problem though, it was still delicious. They have lots of options and even some yummy looking baked goods. We would definitely go back! read more

So yummy! I've been to several coffee shops in Los Angeles. Was visiting Pensacola real quick and decided to come and chill in this small little coffee shop. I got the iced Nutter Butter latte with almond milk and it was PERFECTION! So good! Nothing else needed to be added. There was bits of peanut butter in the drink that added texture and the coffee was perfectly sweet and smooth. The cafe itself is also a really cute vibe with couches and art laid throughout. And the staff are lovely! Honestly very satisfied with my coffee. They also served it in a mason jar so that was an extra win for me as well! read more

I didn't think Milton would ever have a place worth going to but Mama Lattes is a hidden gem on the Redneck Riviera. The place is easy to miss while driving. It's directly across from Milton High School in a small building. When I opened the door I was very pleasantly surprised! Color, art, comfy sofa put area by the front window, adorable tables placed throughout the cafe, a separate room with couch and chairs, and a nice menu with variety. My daughter and I had the broccoli and cheddar quiche with a side of fruit ($3.50 for both) plus we each had different versions of the Mud Slide coffee made with almond milk. Total was under $15. This is a great little place with a funky and fun vibe. 1940s swing and jazz softly plays while you enjoy the smells and tastes. This is a MUST stop when you're in Milton. read more

Hands down the BEST cappuccino I have EVER HAD. The espresso is top tier with absolutely no bitterness. The everything melt lived up to its name because it was EVERYTHING. The melted cheese on top of the tomatoes on top of the everything bagel my new favorite cafe in Florida/Alabama. And the baristas were SO kind and skilled in their craft. Made me want to live there. For starters, the place is not relaxing at all. The furniture and wall decor remind me of my grandma's place in the worst way possible. Also, this is just as much a day care center as a coffee shop, and while the day care is relegated to a back room, shrieks and screams fill the cafe with nerve-wracking noise. There is also a tv mounted on a wall, which is an antithesis to the cafe environment. In addition, the lattes were nothing special, except the chai was quite good. It took forever to get our food, and it didn't all come out at once. The others with me enjoyed their food, but they also would not come back. My food was cold and tasted weird, which was disappointing considering it was a bagel with cream cheese... I'll stick to Starbucks. read more
