I'm currently sick without a voice and came into order a coffee while I picked up some things from the store this morning, and the young lady was extremely rude to me even after I apologized for the inconvenience of her not hearing me and tried to repeat my order. The specific Starbucks associate that consistently had a bad attitude was Lyn. My husband ordered a caramel Frappuccino to which she made no effort at hiding her disappointment at and rolled her eyes. After her letting me know that they didn't have cold brew or matcha I asked her if I could just have a regular pike place coffee. Her response was sighing, rolling her eyes, and saying "I guess?" I asked if they were out of it too and she replied shortly "I don't know. I will check. If there is more then yes. If we are out then I will brew more." I initially felt bad that she was working alone but her responses were ridiculously disappointing and left a bad impact for the rest of my target trip. read more

It's a Starbucks in a Target. There's not much to say. I ordered a venti soy vanilla latte and it was delicious. There were four other orders in my party and we all enjoyed our choices. They were well made and prompt. It's average Starbucks prices so expect that. Starbucks is wonderful and this one is no different. Nice job! read more

If I could rate no stars I would! The new staff and management are rude and very unprofessional. Ariel and Liz are the worst. Service sucks now days my drink is made wrong 90% of the time. The manager Ariel is always yelling at staff and making the environment very uncomfortable for staff and patrons. I will not be back. I was a loyal customer for 2 years but the staff change has made this location horrible. read more

Brandon is the only one here, which sucks because I know how that feels being the only one in the front and doing everything. He has a respectful attitude, is getting every drink out on time, and is very polite. I was thinking poorly about the establishment due to my previous experiences. Your typical Starbucks just inside of a Target. They are pretty slow here but it gets the job done if you are looking for afternoon as pretty much all other coffee shops in the are are closed by 3pm or earlier. Not a lot of seating but enough for the amount of people who choose to stay. Don't bring a date here though, too many overworked moms and baby strollers zooming in and out. read more

I asked the girl if I could get whipped cream (I even said I forgot to include that so she would know I wasn't blaming anyone) and you would've thought I'd just insulted her.
