This visit was a significant improvement over a prior trip--the service was top-notch, efficient, and the staff was performing at a much higher level. Speaking of the pups, the staff was kind enough to give them free whip treats, which they happily enjoyed poolside once we got home! The only tiny hiccup was the straw; it seemed a bit too flimsy for the container's opening and didn't quite hold up. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me since I have bamboo straws at home, but it's something to keep in mind. I'm really looking forward to them launching a dedicated app soon so I can pre-order on the go.
