Ambiance and music make this place great. It's been around for many years and has expanded its offerings. The food tends toward Italian. We had pizza which was thin crust and pretty good. Service was friendly. A must visit on your trip to SMA. Check the website for music offerings that day.

Great unassuming place that fits the spot. Long narrow courtyard that leads to Al Fresco dining. Lots of ambiance and rustic looks that could accommodate larger crowds than we experienced. We all had a brunch menu sampling with typical breakfast items. Try fresh mango, orange juices or a real milk, milkshake. A rich Eggs Benedict was served with a refreshing salad instead of more starch. Mole was great and not too sweet. They went out of their way to accommodate my son's queasy stomach serving him a menudo soup. Service is great and timely and we all left satisfied.

Great place lots of people, music wasn't too loud you could speak. The food came out fast and tasted good. Server seemed really busy and stressed out but happens to everyone

    Quesadilla with cotija cheese!

Stumbled upon this place while looking for breakfast when it was already nearing lunch time. We did the buffet which was well worth it because it only cost about 12 US dollars per person (as of April 2022) for the quality of the food you get. The buffet had fresh fruits, a hotcakes/yogurt station, an entree station where they had all the meats, side veggies, rice and beans, a cheese/sauce/salsa station and the quesadilla station. My personal favorites were the quesadilla and the hotcakes. It was my first time seeing a pink quesadilla so I asked the lady about it and she said the pink color is from the betabel or beet juice. I garnished that with some cotija cheese. You also have the option to add meat to your quesadilla. The hot cakes were small and cute. Try it with the honey and nuts that they have. Small bites but so delicious! Only con was that when we came, the place was packed so if you needed the server to come check on your table, you will probably have to catch them coming your way and wave to them.

Italian sounded good tonight so we tried Mana Mia's for dinner. It did not disappoint. I got the veggie lasagna and my husband the pasta bolinease and we split the Greek salad. The lasagna was packed full of delicious veggies and the sauce was rich and flavorful. My husband enjoyed his pasta as well. The Greek salad was a perfect size to split. The heirloom tomatoes made the salad extra special. Service was friendly and prompt and the patio ambiance was just beautiful.

I came here once for breakfast and almost almost every night for a night cap!! They know how to serve their specialty coffees with or without alcohol!! Breakfast was also very delicious.

The Rolling Stones said it best, you can't always get what you want!...... WHO goes to Mexico and says let's have Italian food? I'm not big into pasta so except for Pizza Italian food is really not my thing, not my choice but I'm here. They did have Pizza on the menu, but I opted for drinks and like bar food.

My pasta Bolognese and drink were amazing! Unfortunately, my husbands pasta Alla Ruota, didn't come served in the cheese wheel like is stated on the menu and they didn't even discount his meal which barely had any cheese and any sauce. Expensive for no reason. Mine was good tho

We ran the gamut of bars in Zona Centro, and this spot made a fitting finale since it was the most high-end spot we visited. Only a half-block from the social epicenter of Jardin Allende, it provides a nice view of the top of the parroquia from their rooftop terrace where we were seated (Photo 3). The restaurant definitely had a more refined ambiance than the previous four places. We could tell it was a popular spot among wealthy American expats because the ambient voices sounded more like Chicago than Mexico. No Spanish, just English. The cocktail was a tangy treat though, a Tamarind Margarita (Photo 8), and the Jicama Taco was a satisfying veggie ending to our evening (Photo 10). The menu features a variety of atypical seafood tacos and tostadas, including octopus and smoked fish, which immediately caught my attention. I ended up ordering the Pescado al Pastor taco, which turned out to be a great choice. The chopped fish was marinated in al pastor seasoning and topped with pineapple, onion, and cilantro, with a lime wedge on the side. The combination of flavors was vibrant and very tasty. We also tried the octopus, which was excellent. I'm a bit of a sucker for octopus when it's prepared well, and this one definitely delivered. The ceviche blanco tostada was another highlight--a generous pile of diced fish with tomato, onion, and lime juice that tasted incredibly fresh and bright. The hibiscus margaritas were delicious and refreshing, and I would highly recommend them--especially if you're planning to walk to the restaurant. The restaurant sits up a fairly steep climb from the Parque Benito Juárez area, so it can be a bit of a trek. Fortunately, we were dropped off and picked up by our driver. As for service, we had no issues at all. Our server was attentive and pleasant, though I do recognize that some other reviewers have mentioned inconsistent service. However, the staff didn't make us feel that way since they gave us the table with inarguably the best view of the city during the most photogenic time of the day, magic hour at sunset (Photo 3). How did we get so lucky since we made our reservation just the day before? And what better way to start than with a pair of MX$340 Carajillos, the Mexican version of espresso martinis (Photo 7). The use of Licor 43 lent a welcome sweet spiciness to the deep espresso and fit the moment perfectly. We were happy to receive a complimentary serving of warm Focaccia topped with a wedge of liver pate, olive oil, and chives (Photo 10). It was a nice surprise quickly devoured. Our first shared dish was the MX$365 Ensalada Luna, a hearty and enticing mix of greens, stracciatella cheese, speck ham, fresh peaches and figs, and quinoa in a citrus and vanilla vinaigrette (Photo 4). Our entree was the MX$406 Tacos de Lechon Rostizado, a trio of roasted suckling pig tacos with crispy skin cracklings, red onion, and fresh green salsa (Photo 5). The pork was fork tender. Nestled in a flour tortilla, the soft pulled meat stood in nice contrast to the crack of the skin. We went for a second drink, but this time a mocktail, the MX$195 Chilate, a refreshing alcohol-free blend of cacao, rice, cinnamon, and raw cane sugar in a coconut shell (Photo 6). While awaiting our dessert order, we were surprised by a complimentary Happy Anniversary dessert, a bit of a head-scratcher. We didn't say we were celebrating anything, but hey, we didn't complain. The sparkler was already lit and the staff was harmonizing. It was a chocolate ganache cake with blueberries atop puffed rice (Photo 8).
