Long story short, State Farm provided quite a generous amount for me to seek relief via massage. As such, I can go anywhere I want. Cost isn't an issue. So I did. The Four Seasons, Aria resort in Las Vegas, Spas in Arizona, Florida, etc. I also went to a number of Dallas-based massage studios. I tell you all this not to impress you, but to impress upon you that I can speak on this with some authority. No one, not one place I've been to, comes close to Cemetria. She is phenomenal. It is very clear that she's an outstanding communicator, has anticipated every client need, and more than anything, that she's passionate about her work and is astonishingly good at it. I could go on about her delightful studio, great sense of humor, careful covid considerations, joyful attitude -- but I suspect you're after a great massage - and let me tell you - there is no better - certainly not in Dallas and I would argue there's no better in the nation.

The restroom (they only have one and it's in the front) I didn't realize and no one told me until i read a small sign, upon closing the door behind me that the lock was broken :( I had to use the restroom and wanted to do so before getting back on the road, since with pregnancy....well for the ones that get it get it, lol. I wrestled back and forth in my mind on if I should use the restroom or not... I chose not to and just washed my hands to get my mental state back in that "relax mode". I started to wash my hands and a man opened the door and literally got an entire glimpse of me, was startled, and shut the door. Wow....im so happy I wasn't using the restroom. That would've been very very awkward and I wouldn't have known how to even handle that moment. I told the man that it was okay, because of course it wasn't his fault, he didn't know..but Jenna, when I asked her about where the restroom was she told me where and told me that I could use the restroom. I think it would've been nice if she told the front desk staff so that way they could keep an eye out for me. The interaction between the man and I was definitely quite loud and so I'm surprised they didn't say anything to me after, like no apology or anything. Once they saw me they motioned me to check out and grabbed payment. I paid my $180 for the prenatal massage plus tipped Jenna $40, because I really did enjoy her service but there's always room for improvement anywhere :) hopefully they take this as a loving critique. I would hate anyone else to get that restroom experience and actually have been using the restroom.... I didn't say much at the end, but I think I was still in shock. I have never had that happen before..:(

My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

This treatment first helped to calm my nervous system and then reduced pain & inflammation. It was there I found out I also had a dislocated shoulder, which was causing most of the headaches. I feel my true recovery started that day vs. the limbo I had been in for 2 weeks of taking medication that upset my stomach and didn't provide relief longer than 4 hours at a time. Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing!
