Jenna is so sweet! I got the prenatal massage and she listened to all my concerns and got straight into my troubled areas! Jenna definitely made me feel more than comfortable! Her hands are so soft, but she really does know how to do her thing!! I loved my experience with Jenna and the team (front desk)! However it was really cold in there. The blanket was really warm initially, but it started to become very cold . Honestly it could've been because I do get cold very easily and also the stuff Jenna used probably made me feel cooler, which could just be preference and has nothing to do with them at all. There was one incident that I feel like someone else would've reacted differently than I did. The restroom (they only have one and it's in the front) I didn't realize and no one told me until i read a small sign, upon closing the door behind me that the lock was broken :( I had to use the restroom and wanted to do so before getting back on the road, since with pregnancy....well for the ones that get it get it, lol. I wrestled back and forth in my mind on if I should use the restroom or not... I chose not to and just washed my hands to get my mental state back in that "relax mode". I started to wash my hands and a man opened the door and literally got an entire glimpse of me, was startled, and shut the door. Wow....im so happy I wasn't using the restroom. That would've been very very awkward and I wouldn't have known how to even handle that moment. I told the man that it was okay, because of course it wasn't his fault, he didn't know..but Jenna, when I asked her about where the restroom was she told me where and told me that I could use the restroom. I think it would've been nice if she told the front desk staff so that way they could keep an eye out for me. The interaction between the man and I was definitely quite loud and so I'm surprised they didn't say anything to me after, like no apology or anything. Once they saw me they motioned me to check out and grabbed payment. I paid my $180 for the prenatal massage plus tipped Jenna $40, because I really did enjoy her service but there's always room for improvement anywhere :) hopefully they take this as a loving critique. I would hate anyone else to get that restroom experience and actually have been using the restroom.... I didn't say much at the end, but I think I was still in shock. The 3 stars is a combination from myself and my boyfriend. It was our very first time experiencing a massage and we were super excited! Once we walked in, we were greeted very amiably. They were very sweet at the front desk. Once it was time to go in, my boyfriend went in first and then myself. The masseuse (Misty) taking care of him arrived through the door, she seemed to be in a rush to clock in and right away took him in. Once he was inside he texted me right away that he was very confused and was left with zero instructions. All she told him was "There's the basket for your clothes". I suggested he tell her it's his first time, to which he did and all she did was point to the bed. He didn't get a chance to take off his shorts or socks! This led to him not having a great experience overall. It was very disheartening because I truly believe he would've enjoyed it with the proper service. For example, my experience with Sydney (10/10) was absolutely amazing! She stopped me, asked me about where I felt tension, answered any questions I had, explained instructions, offered me water after the massage and even gave me self care tips for after!!!! (That's another thing, he didn't get offered any water at the end.) I myself, would completely recommend it, but it really all depends on the massage therapist's treatment and service towards you. read more

I was on the VERGE of canceling my membership because I experienced a handful of different massage therapists that were very nice but didn't massage really well. I decided to go in for the last time and met Eboni. That was when I discovered my favorite gem - Eboni has amazing pressure, can detect soreness and works MAGIC. I have been seeing Eboni ever since and if she ever left this massage studio, and was around the Dallas area, I would happily follow her. 5 stars = Entirely ALL for Eboni. I do the "The Stretch" with Eboni and it's my all time favorite. 3 stars = Front desk is really hit or miss - I asked them to freeze my membership (since I had so many unused massage credits) back in early June 2024 but realized today that an employee did the freezing incorrectly on their system and their system kept charging the wrong credit card up until today (Sept 2024). I took their word for it and didn't check my statements. Be sure to double check yourself if you change credit cards/ask your membership to be frozen. This location is also always out of toilet paper in their unisex restroom, but front desk is quick to refill, when you point it out. So be sure to peek in before you use it. read more

I scheduled with Lewis after reading all the glowing reviews on Yelp. So glad I did! I opted for The Healer massage for 80 minutes. It's been a while since my last massage and I am in front of a computer all day. My neck and shoulders were very tight. Lewis recognized that right away and spent more time on those problem areas. It was one of the best massages I've had. The ambiance and decor are great. It definitely feels more spa-like than some of the other chains. Wow! What an amazing place. The customer service, ambience, massage therapists, and membership prices are exactly what you should look for when you want a little getaway. I always feel happily welcomed when I walk through the door. I have had a membership for several months now. Best decision my husband and I ever made. I love how clean and refreshing the place smells. It has very calming and relaxing vibes. Having a membership where I get two massages a month plus the credits I don't use rolled over to the next month is awesome. It is an absolute no brainer to get a membership. Keeps me stress free and able to enjoy a little me time every once in a while. My massage experiences have always been good. I've seen Lisa and Lewis. This quaint massage studio is conveniently located on Lower Greenville, with ample front and side parking for customers. The aesthetic is coastal boho, complete with ocean waves as background noise and soft neutrals throughout. The facility is pretty clean and well-maintained which may be because it's newer but, definitely did not go unnoticed. The setup is similar to a foot massage studio in that the massages happen in a large shared space. The key difference is that The NOW's industrial space is separated by thick drapes to create individual massage suites. The drapes are completely opaque to provide accurate privacy while changing and while the session is in progress, but, you shouldn't expect a private room. My Massage Therapist (Yolanda) used the perfect amount of pressure and care-- you could tell she gave a da*n if you know what I mean. While the NOW wins on cleanliness, hospitality, and service, I simply cannot give a perfect score considering the design. With no doors, sounds simply bounce and echo in this space. I was near the front of the loft where folks were walking in/out and having conversations, which might've amplified this nuisance for me and ultimately distracted from my massage. If I return (because Yolanda is that good) I may try earplugs and/or headphones because the dry coughing and random chatter just wasn't it. read more

The neutral-colored and natural décor eased the mind and made me feel like I could spend the rest of the day here. Check-in was a breeze and the massage was overall highly relaxing. The "rooms" are separated by thick burlap-looking curtains and the individual spaces are outfitted with plush Moroccan rugs, pink salt rock lamps, and most importantly - heated beds. Unbelievable. This place cancelled my massage 2 hours before my appointment on Mothers Day!! They tried to just give me a $25 gift card to compensate. Unprofessional - don't you think the same cancellation policy should apply the other way around? didn't even find a way to rebook me today.
