So I called in an order and asked if they delivered ?? Yes they do !! Made my order for delivery and in 20 minutes it was at my door nice and hot ! The driver had no problem finding my home as I don't live in a city or town ! That young man was so kind and courteous that I gave a 20 tip !! Once in the house open the box and omg that was the best pizza well cooked and not greasy, it was a large pizza and I eat the whole thing !!! But when we received the bill, the calamari which should have been on my bill was on my friend's & not mine. So instead of waiting, we decided to let it go & pay the bill. Tonight I ordered a pizza at about 4 pm. The lady on the phone seemed confused for a moment about my order. A large 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni and sausage. She said about 20-25 mins. Knowing it probably doesn't take that long I got there at 417. I could see my pizza in the box, ready and waiting. So I went to the counter and there's a man prepping pizza dough. I know he sees me, but makes no attempt to ask me if I need anything. Then, a woman who works there walks right around me, I even move so she can get passed me and goes into the office which is in my line of sight. So I know she sees me. I stand there for 5 minutes. I then walk up to the checkout counter and the lady working there walks away and into the cooler. Ok. So I go back to the pick up counter and there's another lady standing there waiting. She says "is that man the only one working here?" I said I don't know, I've been standing here for 5 minutes with no help. She says I guess I'll just get a slice of pizza. I think she wanted a sandwich. Finally another girl strolls in, I'm assuming after a smoke break, and comes behind the counter. The phone rings, she answers it and takes and order, hands the order to the dough guy. Comes back to the counter, grabs her apron, turns to walk away while she puts it on and just as I'm about to say something she says in a very non caring way "oh, have you been helped?" NO! NO I HAVE NOT!" She hands me my pizza. No have a good night. No enjoy your pizza. Nothing. Go to the counter and pay and walk out having spent 10 minutes trying to get my pizza. Thought about calling up to talk to a manager about some level of customer service and awareness, but I can only assume there wasn't one, or that one of those people that was working was a manager and obviously they wouldn't have cared.
