I rarely leave poor reviews. This place I really enjoy there energy drinks, but the drive through time you have to wait is terrible. I was at the window after ordering, I had sat at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. I was the first in line and when I had pulled up to the drive through no one else was in line so I figured it would be quick before I went to work. I got in the drive though at 1:41pm and didn't leave till 1:57pm. There's never someone ready at the drive through. Inside of the store everything is fairly fast so not sure if another worker could be working in the drive through would help. read more

The food overall was nothing to rave over expect for the rise & grand sandwich which overall, I can make at home. I also got the breakfast club sandwich which was very standard - if you like standard & basic, this is the place for you. I had the Irish mocha coffee & it tasted like something I could make at him. The Irish energy drink tasted like candy, did not taste the energy drink like I would at Atomic or Awake, again if it's something you like, go for it. The service was standard. I went to the drive thru & it took them 15 minutes to get my food. I went Inside once & was impressed with the atmosphere but I overall think they put more effort into the presentation of the place than their food & drinks. Very disappointed. read more

Let me start by saying I love the food, drinks, and atmosphere at Vibrant. I've gotten to know the friendly faces that work there, and look forward to seeing them. However, the turn over in staff over the past couple months is impossible not to notice. New faces everytime I'm in. Friendly, but not familiar. On Mothers Day, I was so happy to see Ava working. She's been there through all of the new hires and with a smile on her face the whole time. We all know a job is a million times harder when you have to help train new staff on top of it. Hold onto that girl, appreciate her ability to work through adversity, and maybe give her a raise while youre at it :) read more

What a cute coffeehouse! This is a huge space, with a cute section of gifts and store merch, a cozy fireplace hidden in the back and outdoor seating too. The menu has a good variety and lots of noncoffee drinks too. The staff was friendly, stayed busy and helpful. Will be back, for sure. read more

First time here, won't be back. Got here at 11:15 line of about 5-6 people deep. Took approx. 10 minutes to get to the register to order when cashier left to make about 12 drinks she had stacked up by her. 15 minutes later she returned to take our order. Mind you I just ordered coffee on tap. My daughter ordered some snickers drink. Got my coffee after about 30 minutes, my daughter got her order 10 minutes later. (40 minutes). Yes, it's new, but it has GOT to be one of the best Coffeehouses (&Kitchen) in the entire Quad Cities! The coziness and the multiple spaces to study, work, eat, read, or just hang with friends is really cool. No frills food menu. The chicken pot pie over biscuits is a fave. And their salads are huge! The drinks are creative and delicious! The epic orange energy drink is bright and dreamy and the Andes Mint expresso reminds me of the holidays. Great food and pleasant employees. I had questions about food and was given abundant explanations.

The food is really good. The atmosphere is very nice. BUT there was one manager (i'm guessing) that interrupted a conversation I was having with a friend to tell us that my friend wasn't allowed to have outside food or drinks because my friend did have an atomic energy drink. We have been sitting in the same booth for over 3 hours and none of the other staff had said anything. She proceeded to tell us about the energy drinks that they have there, that honestly aren't very good, and definitely overpriced. She was rude for interrupting a conversation and could have gone about it in a better way. The rest of the staff is amazing and kind. I love this cafe and will be coming back with an atomic energy drink in hand. read more

Stopped by for lunch today-Julie and Marissa were great! So hospitable and friendly! My hubs ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich and I had the half order of the veggie salad with chicken. It was very filling for a half order! My daughter had the grilled cheese and smoothie which she ate the entire thing. The place itself is nice for reading, working, a work meeting, or a quick meal with good coffee. Can't wait for the the weather to warm up to sit outside on their cute patio or with the big doors open! We will be back! read more

I ordered the Turkey cranberry salad. It contained about 2 teaspoons of lunch meat Turkey. The coffee was amazing. Loved it. The salad was worth about $2.99 but cost 3x that amount. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. read more

Only medium roast served, beautiful place but the staff has a little to be desired. One gal was brand new and trying to serve us, but another employee was too busy socializing to help her, so it took forever to complete our order as it was our first time and we had some questions. I felt bad for her, because she really was wanting to do a good job. It made me wonder if it was an issue of management? Anyway, the coffee was expensive and not good, regardless of roast. I hope they improve as it would be nice to have a large coffee shop in the area. But I don't want to invest more dollars in a store that doesn't have good food or service. read more

Upscale coffee house and kitchen. First visit I enjoyed chai tea. Second visit was for lunch. Had the chicken salad croissant sandwich and a cup of chicken pot pie soup. Both were quite good. This is a definite great addition to this side of the cities. Look forward to better weather when we can sit outside on the patio. read more
