My lashes last a good 3 weeks if I can manage to stop sleeping on them...lol...I always wake up with my face buried into my pillow...lol. My lashes don't like that...lol. However I can always call and she got me right in. Prices are comparable to surrounding area with one difference...when looking for a lash tech I ran into a few sites that had rules like crazy...charge if you don't do this ...charge you if you don't do that...now I understand the need for some but I feel sorta of threated before I even get there....not good...then I found Enchanted and yes she has a few rules as well but I felt I could handle them...they seemed normal requests. I got my piercing and it seemed like she was struggling to get the jewelry in, she didn't walk me through the process, just started poking needles in me and the forcing the jewelry into my skin, the process took about 15 minutes; which I now know it shouldn't take that long. Anyways the jewelry rejected and I called to get it removed they said no problem. Once again she is struggling to now remove the jewelry. I asked her if she has ever done this and she says NO. Please don't offer services that you have never done. I asked her to stop and went to Cholo. He was SO KIND, professional, and got the jewelry out in less than 30 seconds with no pain Please, go to Cholo! Don't waste your money here! I spent $180 on a dermal I no longer have!

Polish job was rushed some were very sloppy and look like a 4 week old manicure not fresh polish. Tech applied top coat instead of under coat and instead of removing it she just roughed it up with the file, probably hoping it would stick. It did not. We had $300+ worth of services (with tipping three people) and are terribly disappointed. Photo with pink star fish is what was asked for, orange is what we got. Thick blobby nails and polish. Looks like an at home job - actually, probably could have done better at home. Will not be returning. Would have been happier if they just said they could not do the nail design.
