Service: As someone that knew nothing about jewelry originally, i immediately felt comfortable with Abe. He sat me down and educated me before making any decision, which is exactly what i would hope for when making such a large financial decision. He is a trusted individual that always has the customers best interest at heart. He was not pushy - he gave me the best price possible - and made sure i felt comfortable and happy throughout the entire process when picking out an engagement ring. When picking out wedding bands he spent hours with us making sure everything was exactly what my wife and I wanted. As a guy, who never wore a ring before, he showed me not only whats popular but he was nice enough to model every ring for me on his own hands, which gave me a better idea of what I'd look like with it on my hand. Seriously - next level customer service. I have sent multiple people to Abe at this point and every experience has been wonderful from all the feedback i have received. Abe is such a nice guy and i would highly recommend stopping by his shop, i promise, you wont be disappointed. Note, his business is for watch repair only--don't expect to come here to see a dazzling array of watches to purchase. His repair shop is located within the office complex at this address. There are chairs in the building to wait at if you are coming in for something simple. He was very kind and one could tell he was an expert in his field. Let's cover the bases: First he's great through text and makes it very clear to send, wait, etc and confirm receipt .. even when you have tracking. Second, you already know he knows what he's doing because he's got the reviews and previous customers to prove it. His turnaround time of course varies based on the work load but in this case he resurrected a vintage 1970s Hamilton Chronograph G in record time and boxed and shipped it with tracking before I knew what was happening. Can't say enough about Mike and his craftsmanship but hey, don't cramp him, okay?!
