They do need to update this place and make it "look" like the million bucks their personalities are worth. There is one employee in particular who has helped me multiple times and is consistently rude. On my last visit, my "Like It" size was about 25 percent ice cream and 75 percent toppings. When I politely asked if he could fix the portion, he dismissed my concern and said, "This is a Like It," then continued on without trying to help. Customer service matters, especially at a place that used to feel fun and welcoming. I would rather drive out of my way to visit a different location than return here again.
